Fantastic customer service! I ordered a pair of Ania Haie earrings through H Samuels as a gift for my daughter for Christmas and was disappointed that they didn’t come in a gift box as shown on their website. I contacted Ania Haie direct and Lea sent me out a gift box and a bag overnight 2 days before Christmas. Customer service at its best!

Fantastic customer service and a lovely item. I have a little necklace from Ania Haie that my daughter loves and I wanted to gift to her but had lost the gift box. I contacted Ania Haie to see if I could buy one and they insisted on sending me a free replacement gift box and bag. So kind! Thank you Lea!

Je zult mij nooit een slechte review zien schrijven, maar voor Ania Haie neem ik de moeite. De week vóór hemelvaart heb ik oorbellen voor mijn zusje haar verjaardag besteld. De oorbellen waren op voorraad maar werden ruim 1,5 week later pas geleverd. Zwakke excuses dat dit door PostNL kwam, terwijl het pakket niet eens door PostNL in ontvangst was genomen.

Vervolgens heeft met zusje de oorbellen ontvangen, blijken ze gewoon gedragen te zijn. Er zat prut op met een bruine zwarte laag, ook ontbrak er 1 gouden achterkantje van 1 van de 2 oorbellen. Om dit op te lossen heeft Ania Haie hier een smerig plastic achterkantje opgezet.

Na weken over heen en weer mailen heb ik ze teruggestuurd. Geen enkele moeite om de klant tevreden te houden, geen korting op een nieuw product aangezien de oorbellen niet meer op voorraad waren. Geen enkel stapje extra gezet dae oorbellen veeeel te laat zijn geleverd voor een verjaardag, helemaal niks.

Wat een bagger klantenservice. In al mijn jarenlange ervaring in bedrijfsstructuur en management valt mijn mond echt open van deze klantenservice. Laatste keer dat ik hier bestel, mijn zusje die vaste klant was besteld hier ook never nooit meer.

Had a brilliant experience with the customer service team. Having received a beautiful piece of jewellery that was unfortunately faulty at Christmas, I called up the customer service team who were able to send a replacement the next day as well as a pre-paid envelope for the faulty piece to be sent back in! Would definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic customer service from Lea - ordered some earrings for my mother which were not as expected.
Contacted customer services and Helen and Lea responded the same day with apologies that she was dissatisfied with the item and could return for a full refund.
Can’t ask for better service than that!

I rarely buy costume jewellery, but this piece looked nice in the store and was inexpensive. It was an open ring with CZ stones set into it. However I should have looked more closely - the workmanship is terrible! The stones are poorly and unevenly set. There are strange marks in the metal which are possibly due to the way they are set. I don’t see them in the store but in daylight they are fully visible to the naked eye so the ring is effectively unwearable. This jewellery is cheap and as the old saying goes - you get what you pay for.

Fantastic customer service from Lea after a necklace broke. Necklace replaced. I have bought many brilliant items from Ania Haie and will continue to do so, could not recommend this brand more.

Verschrikkelijk slechte kwaliteit. Voor 90 euro een ring gekocht van dit merk, binnen een week heel de onderkant verkleurd en het steentje eruit gevallen. Gelukkig compensatie gekregen van Bijenkorf, maar slecht dat ze zulke lage kwaliteit in huis halen.

I contacted the company regarding locating an out of stock item. Not only did I receive a prompt response but the customer service was excellent. They sourced and dispatched a replacement for me immediately. Can't recommend the company highly enough

It is very rare these days to receive the fantastic customer service I have recently received from Ania Haie.
I dealt with a delightful lady called Lea. My daughter received a beautiful pair of earrings for Christmas. Unfortunately one of the stones had come out of one of the earrings. Having contacting Ania Haie and speaking to Lea who was so helpful and polite, a new set of earrings were put in the post the same day. No questions asked, just if I could pop the faulty earrings in an envelope with the prepaid postage label which was emailed to myself.
The customer service I received was first class and I would highly recommend the company and their products. I certainly will be using them again

Think this must be the best customer service I've received in years!! No idea where any negative reviews could possibly come from! I had Lea deal with my enquiry super fast, super polite and beyond helpful. She sent me out a replacement bracelet in all the beautiful packaging of pouch and box that same day, before I'd even been to the post office to send one back. They didn't even need it sending back in its original box, just the pouch. When I receive the replacement bracelet literally a day later she had also included a beautiful personalised card with a message in. My teen daughter was absolutely over the moon. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase jewellery from here each time, as they are massive value for money rather than the rip-off in shops now, and the designs are delicate, stunning and original!

Ik heb een ring gekocht in Antwerpen. Hier werd mij verteld dat de ring niet kan verkleuren en dat als er iets was dat ik dan 2 jaar garantie had. Nu is de ring helemaal verkleurd heb ik een mailtje gestuurd naar 2 verschillende bedrijven, ze verwijzen mij elke keer naar een ander. Uit eindelijk bij het goede mail adres, krijg ik te horen dat ik geen garantie heb en dat het niet geld voor deze ring omdat die inderdaad verkleurd. Heel fijn dat ze dit niet vanaf het begin hebben verteld.

Received the adjustable ring, slightly adjusted it to fit my finger. Some of the stones fell out, I immediately returned the item.

It has been almost 2 weeks since I returned the ring, and 3x emails asking if they have received it and any updates. Still awaiting a reply.

Not a great customer experience

Ik had een mooie ketting gekocht, maar deze was te klein. Heel goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Zeer tevreden over!!!

Fantastic customer service - Lea went out of her way to ensure that I received my purchase in time for my holiday. The service was personal and the delivery was super quick! Love my rings!!!

I ordered this necklace and it came faulty, the star was not centred in the middle of the necklace and the metal work was messed up.
I asked for a replacement but they had no more left, and forced me to send the faulty one back. Terrible service.
Wanted this particular necklace for a gift and now I can’t get it. Even if I could, I wouldn’t want it any more because this company is horrible to deal with. Abrupt email respondents and the company is inflexible, even though it was their fault. Do not buy from them!

I have their earrings and necklaces (quite a few peaces) for about two years now. They have beautiful designs, but I think are overpriced. With the necklaces I don't have problems bc I don't wear them daily. However the earrings I wore daily tarnished rather quickly (the stud type ones). What to say about customer service, once they replaced the wrongly sent item quicky and once they never replied my email about how my earing broke on the firsty try-on. Never shopped there again, tho. Maybe buy only on sale if you really what a peace.

Ordered earrings worth 90 euro's and received the pair with one of the clasps opening up whenever I wore them. When this resulted in losing a part of the earring because the clasp had opened, customer service responded shortly and did not give me any explanation as of why this did not fall under the warranty. I expected better service (and a better product) for this amount of money.
