Anna Lou of London Avis

I ordered very last minute and received my product, well within the expected time. The products i received are of good quality and look very well made

Perfect name necklace! Long standing customer

What's so great is that I was able to change the letter size of my necklace. Good communication via Instagram & for a bespoke item the delivery was within a few days.

Stunning bracelet, amazing quality Purchased as a gift was boxed so beautifully. Looking forward to treating myself to some new jewellery

Beautiful piece and looks exactly as described. Despite an initial issue with my order it was resolved quickly.

Beautiful ring, & very unique, bought for a birthday gift, she will love it! ❤️

I ordered a personalised necklace for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it and the quality is great. It was beautifully packaged and looks gorgeous. Customer service has been amazing too. Will definitely be buying more jewellery items from Anna Lou of London in future!

My mum bought me a voucher for my birthday. It arrived beautifully packaged. I used it to buy a personalised name ring which I love!

Beautiful jewellery of a very high quality, wonderfully packaged and the customer service was amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻 Highly recommend and I shall be getting my jewellery from Anna Lou of London from now on!

An anniversary gift started to tarnish, they replaced it straightaway, no fuss, and did some digging to find a small bit of faulty work in the original. Top class!

Beautiful would definitely recommend Anna Lou

I found Anna extremely helpful when my order had not arrived( this was not a fault of Anna’s but the delivery company)
She was quick to respond and reassure me that the necklace had been dispatched
The quality of the necklace is lovely and I can’t wait to give it to my daughter
I will be buying again from Anna Lou of London

I absolutely love the personalised monogram signet ring from Anna Lou. You can tell the quality is exceptional from the personalisation to the weight of the ring itself. Anna personally kept me up to date on the status of my order and even included a stunning heartbeat necklace as a gift too. I look forward to being able to treat myself or a loved one to more Anna Lou pieces.

I appreciate the Anna Lou ethos and have never been disappointed with a product. The delivery has been fast, the communication excellent. I recommend the brand to my friends and family with no qualms at all

I never hesitate to order stylish, statement jewellery pieces from ALOL. They are bespoke and made to order which is super for the environment and you can guarantee that every piece is unique. I have a necklace with my daughters name on that I haven’t taken off for 3 years, but couldn’t resist an old English typeface of my star sign as a more recent purchase! Super efficient and speedy delivery even though they’re made to order.

i love the nechlace i got its gorgeous and it feels so nice xx

What a pleasure to deal with Anna. Slight delay with postage to Ireland but once I contacted Anna she had it sorted. I love my Korinna choker. Great quality and I would highly recommend her company 👌

Arrived beautifully packaged. Gorgeous necklace. Loved it. x

Just received my gorgeous bubblegum heart necklace and love it!
I wanted to wear it with an initial disc and Anna was super helpful with advising which size etc. I couldn’t be more happy with the final result and won’t take it off! Gorgeous packaging and fast delivery.
