2 out of 3 deliveries went sour
2 out of 3 deliveries went sour, 1.st they forgot to pack a barrel back and when contacted totaly denied it and made referense to that the weight of the package alone was prof that they did not forget it... its just that the weight actually proved that there was an item missing.. 2'nd order was of a new barrelback to replace the missing one from order 1 .. that one was actually delivered. 2'nd mishap was that they shipped a tipx flared magwell instead of a emf100 flared magwell and this time they demanded that we should take a photo of the order slip in the package ? really ? just have a friggin look at the packing slip from the order in your system. done with them now

They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever delt with. They either don’t respond to messages and take days to respond. Giving the run around with hidden fees. Zero customer service and they do not go above and beyond. Sounds like they are run by teenagers with zero experience. Do not buy from them.
Worst possible customer service
Worst possible customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, they are lazy and unprofessional whilst slapping on hidden fees and surcharges without you knowing until afterwards. They do was suits them while screwing the customer over ensuring it protects their reputation.
Never again would I deal with this company and I highly recommend everyone stays away from them as well.

I will never order from these people again. I ordered my paintball gun. For a certain price and by the time, ADDED all of the extra charges and taxes it was about 25 dollars more. Then it took so long to get it. I thought I was getting scammed. However, I did get free shipping. Thank god for that. It probably would have been a 100 more. But, that's why I gave them one star. To bad they don't have minus stars.
Very Disappointed
I’m reluctantly giving this company two stars, and that’s solely because they offer a great selection of products, which allowed me to place one large order. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
I placed a significant order that, according to their tier system, should have earned me nearly 6,000 loyalty points. Instead, I was shorted 1,900 points. When I inquired, I was met with a dismissive response: “Sorry, the system is automated,” with no further explanation or resolution offered.
Admittedly, I missed the option to select USPS for shipping and requested to switch from FedEx. I was told they’d "try, but no guarantees." Despite the fact that my order didn’t ship for another three days, they made no effort to accommodate the change.
When I finally attempted to use my loyalty points, their website wouldn’t allow it. I reached out via email, live chat, and phone but was met with generic responses and minimal effort to resolve the issue. Eventually, the points system started working again, but the lack of communication and care during this process was frustrating.
To make matters worse, the packaging for my last two orders was appalling. All items— including hard ones — were thrown loosely into oversized shipping bags with little to no protection. As a result, some items arrived scuffed or lightly damaged. I won’t even bother contacting them about this; I’ve already seen how poorly they handle customer concerns.
The recurring issue here is a complete lack of customer service and care for their customers. It’s as though they’ve grown too big to bother with individuals, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. Once I use up the remainder of my points, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Unprofessional Business Practices
Unfortunately, my experience with ANSGEAR left much to be desired. Despite charging for new products, the items I received were in opened packaging, significantly diminishing their value. This lack of attention to detail and quality control is concerning, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. I also received items that were not as described, and some were even falling apart. I was told that this is how the items come as they are older and there isn't anything they can do about it. They also offered for me to pay return shipping and additional shipping for a replacement product, and assured me that they would send me a item in the same condition! Very professional!! Stay far away and spend your money at better companies such as Lonewolfpaintball.com

Ansgear must think we are stupid
Ansgear must think we are stupid. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Ninqa Pro v2 regulator. Here is my problem with them. The std pro v2 has a steel bonnet, Ansgear's description says it comes with a aluminum bonnet. The aluminum bonnet makes it a pro v2 ultralight. A marker tank threads are aluminum, aluminum to aluminum will sieze and gall unless you use antiseize. Not desireable by any means when using hpa. Buyer beware!

Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th of April , still have not arrived , I’ll be sending them back for a refund if they ever arrive and I’m going to update this review when I get my answer and post the screenshots so everyone can see that this company is a joke and they do not care they do not help with these situations. They just want you’re money and when they get it you are irrelevant 💯 screenshots coming

5 stars for ANS Gear and its customer service department. If I could give more stars I would, and I recommend using them for all your Paintball needs …here’s why :)
I decided to get my two boys their own gear for Christmas. After playing a few times with rental gear and loving it, I wanted them to have their own. So I started to research and found myself on the ANS Gear website. When searching for paintball guns in stores where I’m from (Canada) there wasn’t a lot of choices so ordering online seemed like my best bet. I picked out two marker kits and was impressed with the quantity and quality of the products for the price. After checking out, I realized it was in American $ and it ended up costing 1.5x the amount I thought, which was annoying but the product seemed worth it and Christmas was coming so I just bit the bullet and hoped for the best. A few days later when I received the notification that my product shipped, I logged into the website and noticed the kits I bought were on sale! Only about $30 off per kit but in Canadian it was closer to $100 for both. Fast forward about 10 days and my markers were stuck in Canadian Customs and I started to panic because it wasn’t looking good for Christmas release and I had over spent on these and didn’t have the means to go out and buy them again. So I emailed ANS Customer Service and the response I received was exactly what I needed to hear, and literally came in the next day. ANS assured me they ship to Canada all the time and, although customs does hold and inspect all shipments, they always get released because they comply with all laws. Then they offered to honour their sale price and refund my account the difference! Two days later my order was released and my credit had already been processed. Christmas was saved!!
ANS Gear offers the best quality products for an affordable and fair price. They ship very quickly and are packaged with care. Their customer service department responded quickly and it was apparent they cared about my concerns. Even though it was close to Christmas and I’m sure they were super busy! AND THEN they send me a refund honouring their sale price, which was back in my account BEFORE the markers even arrived. Thank you to ANS Gear and all their staff for making my experience a great one!!! If you’re looking for a company that cares about their customers you’ve come to the right place. The fact that the product received is of exceptional quality and exceeded my expectation is the cherry on top!!
Shady business practices and false advertising.
Shady business practices and false advertising. Purchased a new Ninja air tank. Received a tank with 11/21 born date (1 year old) even though it's advertised as new/5 year hydro. Was told their internal "policy" is that tanks are "new" as long as it's within 1 year of born date. Offered refund, but at my expense of shipping it back.
Look elsewhere for gear. Plenty of other paintball stores online that would at least offer some kind of discount for an old tank.

Shipped me broken tank Worst costumer service all the way up to the manager they talk down to you they talk over you they make fun of you and do not stand by their word completely heart broken I loved this website but I will not be treated like a child. All I wanted was a fixed tank and instead got nothing but rude remarks and aggravation so upset
Terrible customer service and slow…
Terrible customer service and slow shipping. Ordered a tank described as hk army doom tank "neon green". First tank they sent me was the wrong tank (hex, not doom and not neon green) I told her if the doom one isn't neon green to send me the white one. After getting ahold of their customer service "Jesse" she informed me that I have to send it back in order for them to get me the tank I paid for, even though I had another order sitting at ANS and asked her to put the correct tank in with that order and a return label, then I would ship the wrong tank back after I received it, plus I told her if I didn't send it back they could just charge me for it. I also told her I do not have a printer. She ignored my all my comments and emailed me a return label. So once again I contacted her telling her "I'm not buying a printer because of your mistake". She then informed me that she called a shipping place and had them print the label for me, alls I had to do was drop it off. I had to make a special trip to town to get this shipped back (almost 30 miles out of my way) got there and they charged me for the label. I went home and emailed her to just refund my money and I'll order from someone else (which was also ignored by jesse). So took 3 weeks to get the tank that I told them to refund and it came in the same green as the other one 😡. They have all these great words on their website "our main goal is the satisfaction of our customers." "By shopping at ANSGEAR.COM you are assured high quality customer service." "RELIABILITY
At ANSGEAR.COM, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us." (yet everything I said or asked them to do was completely ignored). "PLEASANT AND EASY SHOPPING Experience" (100% the opposite of what my experience was).

The BEST possible online Paint Shop
I have never had a bad experience with this company. I would say the only downside to their website is their size charts, everything fits big so order small. Besides that they are the best paintball store you can find. An insane amount of products and options, so many things to customize my gear set. I have had many dealings with customer service regarding gun leaks, product defects, improper sizing, etc. they are always communicative and helpful. Most recently, I bought a marker OCT 2021, I ended up getting out to the field in mid JAN and there was a leak in the marker. I reached out to ANS customer service and they sent me a shipping label to get it to their shop, within a few days I received an email detailing the issues with the marker and what was corrected. They shot some paint through it, and are sending it back my direction and I’ll have it in a little under a week. For free. Not a dime out of my pocket besides the $8 for shipping to them.
Unprofessional, rude, lazy.
Unprofessional. Terrible customer service--lazy and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you ordered from them. Also, I qualified for free shipping according to the rules on the site, but they decided to charge me anyway.
I will never use this company again and am currently searching for someone else to order from.
ANSgear Exemplifies Professionalism
ANSgear has been my go-to since I began to paintball again in the last couple of months. Every item I have purchased has always arrived in perfect condition and all items were clearly packaged professionally. During this last purchase, there was a bit of an issue due to the shipment method, however, the customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely incredible. He was able to rectify the issue in record time and demonstrated a care for the customer that you don't always see. I will definitely remain a life-time customer of ANSgear.
Ans system auto fills address
Ans system auto fills address. So they ship packages to wrong address. Twice now even after calling and trying to correct the issue. Terrible customer service.
I ordered over $1,000 worth of gear
I ordered over $1,000 worth of gear. First, some of the order was on back order. I received my order with out the jerseys I ordered. When I called,I was told the jerseys were on 2-3 month back order. The pants we ordered didn't fit even though we used their size chart. Had to return the pants. Then we took one of the markers we ordered out to paintball.No pressure, balls would not fire. Called their customer service. They said since I loaded paint, even though the paint did not fire,it was a used gun and could not be returned. They tried to force me to return the marker to tippman for repair. They finally agreed to allow me to send it back to their facility for a tech to look at it. They have had the marker for 9 weeks. They said they get so many defective markers returned every day they can't tell me when my marker will be repaired or replaced. They tried to convince me to take back the broken marker and deal with tipmann. Don't do business with these clowns. They will take your money, sell you junk, and leave you with the junk.
