The Antique Ring Boutique Avis

Buying from the Antique Ring Boutique online was really easy. My ring has surpassed my expectations. It is stunning. The certificate for insurance came in a really large, classy box. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a really special antique ring.

An absolutely gorgeous ring and perfect service! Sam and the team have made my wife's birthday perfect!

Excellent customer service by Sam who was so helpful and really cared - I treated myself to two rings - my first experience with this company and it was amazing from start to end - rings came beautifully packaged I was so impressed- dying now to buy another ring it was so good - thank you Sam

The whole experience felt really personal. I could tell they really cared about my purchase and wanted everything to be perfect when sizing my ring. Branding and Presentation when it arrived was gorgeous. Ring was even more perfect in real life.
Would Highly recommend. I’ll certainly be returning in the future.

Top class experience working with Sam on a bespoke ring, from start to finish. I had a clear but ambitious vision for the engagement ring I wanted and Sam worked incredibly hard to create one which totally exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication throughout, I was kept constantly updated and consulted before any steps were taken - I really enjoyed the process and had total trust in the team. Thank you very much for helping with such an important occasion and would certainly recommend to anyone. Here is the review from my fiancé on the ring itself:

“I’m totally floored. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined and I honestly will never tire of looking at it for the rest of my life. The design of the ring brings together elements of my own cultural heritage as well as Elliot’s while also bringing together both of our individual styles. I really believe only a custom ring would be able to achieve this and I’m eternally grateful for everyone involved for helping put this together.“

Sam was so helpful and responded to all my messages immediately. I would highly recommend The Antique Ring Boutique. My ring is so beautiful. Thank you so much to Sam.

Prompt service, good communication. The ring is stunning and looks even better than the photos.

Service was genuinely excellent, communication exactly what you would want when committing to a large spend item remotely. Sam was brilliant. Would 100% use the shop again.

Excellent service from start to finish! Above & beyond expectations.

A stress free simple experience and my fiancee was delighted with the rinh

Excellent customer service from the Antique Ring Boutique. They were quick at replying and very swift with their services. Ring sizing was easy for them to amend and they do for free of charge which is an extra perk! Amazing overall collection and already buying more from them.

A wonderful place to purchase beautiful rings. Sam offers a first class customer service. The buying process is a pleasure from start to finish. I highly recommend this fantastic shop.

I bought a beautiful ruby and diamond ring from Sam recently.
From start to finish the service provided was outstanding.
Questions were responded to very quickly and Sam was extremely friendly and helpful.
I'm so happy with the ring and the fact that it is over one hundred years old makes it more special to me.
Thanks very much!

Sam was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect ring. He was always prompt with messages and continues to stay in contact if I have any questions. Highly recommend.

Professional and prompt, item as advertised, beautifully wrapped and protected for transportation.

Sam was an absolute star throughout the journey of finding the right engagement ring. Aside from knowing I wanted an antique ring, I had no idea what style and Sam was so patient offering amazing advice. His passion and wonderful personality made us know we were in the right place and we found the perfect ring that makes me smile every time I look at it. Thank you Sam we would recommend you 100 times over!

This ring was purchased in January. I thought that I would take some time, getting used to wearing it etc. before I wrote a review. I love my ring and I continue to get compliments about its beauty. I wanted to express my thanks to Sam - you were patient, professional and made the whole experience a truly positive one!
I would definitely buy from you again and would encourage others to buy from you too!!

Best wishes,

Great experience with Sam - felt at ease from the moment I explained what I was looking for. He sourced a fantastic quality diamond and was very communicative throughout - would thoroughly recommend!
