Had a terrible experience !!
Went to watch darts got taken to the wrong table/seats waited 40 minutes for someone to come over ,
eventually they did so made a £74 order on drinks waiting another 40 minutes then to be told we were in the wrong seats but couldn’t move as we were waiting for drinks ,
Eventually after asking 3 staff to show us our seats we got situated, I missed the 1st 2 games as was looking out for drinks etc, paid nearly £280 for this crap absolutely no chance I will be going back!!
Oh then some idiots decided to throw chairs,drinks and who knows what over our heads and not 1 member of staff was insight .shocking venue

Was in a corporate box for Disney on Ice, was really looked after by the host. A massive differet experience from a normal ticket, will continue to use the box going forward. Costs more but not that much, worth the extra

Just back from The Ateez concert, and it was so amazing, what a night.They are such talented showmen.
The downside was that AO didn't seem to be able to deal with the merchandise side, I waited for 1 hour to find everything was gone, it should have been organised better, and tried to more stock for sale they obviously don't realise how big Ateez are, so dissapointed.

Absolutely atrocious venue experience when watching Les Mis at Christmas.
2hr journey there and refused entry for the toilet when we got there. Had to wait until they opened an hour before the start of the show- told to go find another toilet in the train station. Signage is generally really poor and nonsensical too- both the carpark and the conjoined venue. Although the security presence is appreciated due to the history of the venue- the balance is not right. You aren’t made to feel at all welcome by a small army of security-minded men who don’t care for customer experience. To make matters worse, we’d purposely booked end of row seats as one of our party struggles with overheating and anxiety… only to find out the venue had reworked the seating (likely to make more money), and had put us slap, bang in the middle of a row. We asked for help but no solutions were provided- it was on us to ask others to swap. We contacted Ticketmaster to complain and were turned away by livechat who hid behind policies.
The show was great- but the venue experience was so poor it would put me off going back there.
A lot of the issues could be easily addressed by someone with customer experience in mind.

At Peter Kay’s latest show, he displays a photo of his penis during a montage of his grandmother. This disgusting and unsolicited act - essentially a "d!ck pic" projected to a live audience - is something any ordinary person would face prosecution for. But Peter Kay, hiding behind the guise of “comedy,” treats it as a joke.

This is not just offensive; it is a criminal offence under the Indecent Displays (Control) Act 1981. What he is doing is illegal, plain and simple. The AO Arena, having hosted this show multiple times, cannot claim ignorance. By continuing to allow this behaviour, they are complicit in this crime.

Audiences attend Peter Kay’s shows expecting humour from the man they remember from decades ago. Instead, they are subjected to vile and illegal shock tactics like this. Let’s be clear: this is not comedy. This is criminal behaviour that no one should have to endure.

If you are outraged by this grotesque act, you can and should report it to the police. The law exists to protect us from exactly this kind of unsolicited indecency. Just as you would never tolerate an unsolicited explicit photo on your phone, you do not have to accept it in a comedy show. Speak up. Report this. Hold him and venues like AO Arena accountable.
