We had the pleasure of viewing a property with Shana from AP Morgan, she was fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming and made us feel completely at ease throughout the viewing. She took the time to understand what we was looking for, answered our questions honestly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We really appreciated her friendly approach and excellent service throughout. It was a difficult sale for me, I had to sell the family home after my dad passed away.
AP Morgan Redditch were fantastic, from initial meeting right to the end, especially as first sale fell through, just a couple of weeks before completion. Ilene, my sales progressor was phenomenal, she was as gutted as I was when the first sale fell through. She was always polite both on the phone and via email and worked tirelessly to make sure the second attempt went much more smoothly than the first. It wasn't easy for me to say goodbye to my childhood home, but I couldn't fault the way the team at Redditch handled everything.

Ap morgan were always there if I needed to speak with anyone. They were always professional at all times and kept me informed. Ilene especially as she was dealing with the sale of the property, and was always a phone call away if needed advice.

Both Estate agent & House owner were really knowledgeable, I would need to pop a modular building within the property so would like to come back to see where the best place for this would be.. also we are not certain on where cars get into the back etc hang fire we will get in touch, but massive thank you both x

Had a really good experience with AP Morgan of Longbridge, selling our Rednal home. Max Mason was our first point of call, and he was fantastic. Kept us updated all the way through. He answered any questions we had, and was ready with good advice. It was a long process, and he worked very hard for us. It was fitting that he was there when we handed the keys in. We would highly recommend AP Morgan, Longbridge, and Max, and wish him and the team all the best. Definately 5 stars from us!

We were shown round a property by Jacqui from AP Morgan Bromsgrove. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had. She didn’t rush us at all and encouraged us to take multiple looks round the rooms as well as stopping to have a chat with us about our situation with buying etc. thank you Jacqui!

As it was my first viewing experience in the UK, I was a bit nervous but Jacqui Brooks was there to help me. She was nice, patient, and professional.
