They sell low quality products, and when you will complaint them, they will act like they don’t know you. Such a low class cheaters they are. Their product return policy is also highly confusing and they won't clarify you or won't respond your queries clearly. They will eventually lie you even after promising to take return their product if its faulty/broken due to its low quality. They will bring up some new shitty excuses so that they can stop you to return that faulty product.
Poor Customer Service, and 3rd class after sales support in the universe.

My brother has wasted his hard earned money due to their 3rd class product and shitty customer support!!! He just got scammed by purchasing their product. He purchased a focus pen for his pad, and used 2 times only, and later eventually before 1 month (26/27th day) of purchase, the pen was dead!! Totally not working anything!!!
Their customer support denied to take the product back by bringing up shitty excuses and lies.

If you don't want to waste your money, then AVOID apple gadgets ltd!!

I ordered the Memo CX08 phone cooler, and it arrived in 3 days. Great support, and I got free delivery for paying. Though, their warranty policy is extremely confusing and not product-specific.
