No product received despite €20 fee
I ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. I was informed the product was out of stock and that was the end of the call. No mention of a restock or refund. When I rang the office the next day they told me that refunds would be sorted on Monday. I heard nothing back from their email and by Thursday I find out the order was shipped despite me asking for a refund. Still no word from customer care emails. I paid €20 for next day delivery and if I receive the product thats great but I want a refund on the delivery which they failed to provide when the product was originally ordered and then a week later when it shipped. I still have not received the product. Where is my €170 gone?

Our order included the removal of the existing cooker hood. We were given no information on when the delivery would happen so we left the existing hood outside for collection. The new cooker hood was left on the doorstep and the existing cooker hood was not collected

Grill was not working on oven more than 8 weeks later still waiting to be fixed keep getting fobbed off by customer service that's it's someone else's fault and waiting for part do not recommend

Free gift of brush set as advertised with Dyson was not delivered. Instead some kind of display stand for a different model was delivered. I have sent four emails following up to get correct gift. None have been answered.
