Arcticspastore.com is the online store for Arctic Spa parts, filters, jets, control panels and accessories. We focus on providing all products and accessories for every Arctic Spa owner no matter where you live. I started Arctic Spas Utah in 1989 as a spa service company. I was still in high school at the time. In fact since I was not 18, I had to have my mom get my first business license. I lived near Park City, UT, probably one of the highest per capita locations for hot tubs in the world. There was plenty of spa service needed. In 1996 my dad told me that I would be doing the same thing forever unless I opened up a store. With his help, we opened our Park City store. A couple years later, I found the perfect spa. We started selling the Arctic Spa in 1998 and were drawn to the design for the cold climates. The following year we opened our Salt Lake Store. Over the years we have received many awards including Arctic Spa Dealer of the Year and Arctic Spa Service Dealer of the Year. We are also an accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating as well as being spasearch.org certified.

Second time buying straps to support my…

Update: support got back with me and apologized for their lack of knowledge. In turn was sent a replacement set and we will see if they last any longer than the first set?
Second time buying straps to support my cover. First set of straps lasted a few seasons, this recent set did not last three months without one of the straps ripping in half. Customer support claimed it was friction whatever that means. Don’t buy the support straps because I think they have been on the shelf and are dry rotted.’

Top notch customer service

We just got our hot tub this week! Customer service has been top notch and the guys that delivered it and the guy who set it up were amazing!!! We never owned a hot tub before and he taught us everything we needed to know! I could not be happier with the whole process thank you!!

Great spa, terrible customer service

I've owned several spas and they are the best spa to have in Utah, clearly the best quality. But the customer service and sales communication is terrible, almost the worst I've ever encountered. When you call them, you get nothing but voice mail, around and around you go, leaving voice mail messages that no one bothers to respond to. It's almost easier to get in the car and drive to the store to find someone to talk to.

Complete frustration, I've been trying to schedule a follow up to complete the install for two days and can't find a person to talk to.

Great Experience

We purchase our spa last spring and really enjoy using it. We have arthritis and it helps relieve the pain on our joints. Customer support was great and they got right back to us to answer any questions.

Christian and his team are the Best Arctic Spa store and service in States

I've owned a Actric Spa for almost 8 years now and love it, My wife, kids, friends, kids friendfs and family use our tub no less than 4 days every week. This has been the absolute best purchase of our lives and the best thing we ever did for our family. Being in the midwest, there are no arctic spa service options within 100 miles, and the best local source for supplies and customer service is in Minn about 10 hours away. Finding Christian and Arctic Spas of Utah was the absolutely the best find yet. Christian and his Actic Spa team are extremely knowlegable and experienced. I feel lucky I chose actic spas over other manufacturers as my Arctic spa Tundra is such a durable and reliable tub with so few issues over the past 7 years, The few times recently where I've had issues and questions, Christian and his team have always provided incredible and timely service, extreme patience and support with all my many - many questions, talking me through the steps to properly diagnose the problem (saving me $$$ on calling a service tech from some local pool supply store or a full day service call) to find the right and most economical solution, and then 'very' patiently talk me through every step to fix . replace parts until satisfied. This Utah team has been "amazing" making owning my Actic spa even more enjoyable, knowing I have real - live - solid, reliable, very knowlegable support folks, with incredible patience and chearful demeanor. This team has always found a solution, delivered quickly on their promises, and have kept me and my family very happy with our Arctic spa. we look forward to enjoying our arctic spa Tundra for a long time or until we replace it with another Actic apa. Thank you Jim

It works!

I ordered Blaster Aqua Broom and price was a little bit high but in general worth it. I can recommend it with no reservation.

Arctic Spa does exist

Pleased to find Arctic Spa still in business. No Alaska distributor or parts available locally. I needed a new light lens for an older tub because of leaks but it was no longer made because of what I assume were major problems with leaking. A new replacement kit was, and is, available, which I ordered. I assume it is a fairly easy job to install and tub will be ready to go. A little slow in filling order though. Also good to see a USA location versus Canada, not to knock Canada though.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!

I am so impressed with this company. I got the filters at the best price I had ever seen. They were shipped quickly. The customer service was excellent, and I got FREE thick beautiful towels. How can I not be happy? Thank you so much!! I will be back!!!

Delivery to slow

When I placed the order I did not create an account now that my order is finally on the way I wanted to track the package so I tried to create an account with no luck because it says my e-mail is already in use well yea I gave it when I placed the order so after my effort I still don't know where my package is.

Hi John! Sorry about the delay there. I just looked up the tracking info and it looks like your order was shipped out on 3/27/14. The tracking info says that the package is out for delivery so it will probably be delivered to your home today. (I will send you an email with a link to the tracking.)

And also, did you not receive an email with the tracking info? When one of our orders has shipped, our software is supposed to send out an automatic email with the tracking info so you know what the status of your order is. Let me know if that never happened so we can try to figure out what went wrong.

And last of all, since you checked out as a guest, we'll need to reset the password and update your partial account to a full account so you can access that information. With the email I'll send you, I'll also include a new password so you can access your account.

Once again, I apologize for the delay but hopefully that should get us squared away. If there's anything that I missed, please let us know!

Hi Mark! According to our records, it looks like your package was shipped on 3/14/14 and that it arrived yesterday, 3/19/14. Did that ever arrive? It says it was delivered and left at the front door. If that didn't arrive correctly, let us know and we'll be more than happy to ship you a new one. I'll also send you an email with the tracking info. Thanks!

Prices were reasonable and delivery was quick

My local Arctic Spa dealer went out of business so I found this website. I signed up for the Spa Filter annual program and ordered a replacement clip for my spa. The ordering was quick and easy and I received my products within a few days. The prices are reasonable so I will continue to use this site.

Excellent Customer Service

I'm a newbie spa owner and as such specified the wrong filter as part of my order. Arctic Spa Store flagged this error and corrected it while neither altering the dollar amount nor delaying shipment. A courteous email was sent explaining my error and describing the proposed fix. No action on my part was required since, of course, they knew better than I what to ship. Bravo.

My order sat for several days without status being updated

Customer notification or providing updated status not part of process. Got order confirmation quickly but, status remained in awaiting shipping for several days. Would be good to provide customers with update or set an expectation when delivery will occur.

I'm a little disappointed.

I made an order on February 18th(order#4093), and while I realize that it was ground shipping for free, it has been in an "awaiting shipment" status since February 19th with no update since and it is now late evening on February 25th. The order was for 2 pivot arms for a cover lift, hardly large or heavy requiring any special shipping. It doesn't seem like very good service for something as simple as an order.

Arctic spa store has great service

Me and my wife made the mistake of making two separate orders of some of the same products. I informed Arctic SS of my mistake. The order wasn’t shipped yet so they kept the doubled ordered items and refunded the money. Unfortunately I got refunded for some of the items I still wanted, and had to pay for an item I wanted off the order. I haven’t received my shipment yet, but I feel confident that we can resolve the mistake about the refund as well.
