After some stress trying to locate my…

After some stress trying to locate my package, which was initially delivered to the wrong address, United States Postal Service was able to find it and deliver it to me after 10 days.
I especially want to thank the manager for being understanding and for contacting USPS to assist with the search—his support made a real difference.
Everything arrived correctly, and I’m very happy now. I love the shoes—thank you again!

This company is an absolute nightmare

This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered silver dress boots and instead got a brown pair of cowboy boots. It took over a week to get any response from them — they are completely unresponsive. Then they sent me the wrong return label, so I returned the boots anyway, only for them to claim they never received them. After that, they never followed up or sent the correct boots.
I had to dispute the charge with American Express just to get my money back. Nearly a month later, my wife still doesn’t have her boots. This company is incompetent, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t do business with them even if their products were free. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Never received sandals. Customer services is ignoring. Scam company.

I ordered $70 sandals nearly a month ago. They have not arrived yet, and the courier is now ignoring me after saying they attempted to deliver. They did not attempt to deliver because I was home all day that day. Arezzo is now ignoring me. I'm pretty certain I'll never see these sandals, and I'll never get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM AREZZO. It's a scam.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of sandals on 02/05/2025 and pay US$50.00 dollars!!!! For fast shipping, today 02/10/205 is the time I don’t have any answers from the Arezzo customer service, they don’t know anything, just running in circles with the same answers… I order the same day in another store, pay US$20.00 for fast shipping and received my order in Saturday afternoon. That’s fast shipping. Now I can’t return them because I only have 15 minutes to do so and I’m not goi to be able to wear them to the event that I’m goin to and ever worst I don’t even know when I’m supposed to get them. Very disappointed, bad experience and never again.

Don’t buy anything from Arezzo USA

As a Brazilian trying to support a Brazilian business, I feel extremely disappointed to see how distant they are from being honest with their customers and clear about their return policy. I found out AFTER the payment was made, that I couldn’t return what I bought. The message “EXCHANGE ONLY” wasn’t there, crystal clear below every item, during the whole purchase process until the payment confirmation has been emailed. I’ve been waiting for a response from them but they are ignoring me for days. First, I got an email saying I’d get a refund for 1 of the items I bought and a credit for the rest. I agreed even though I wasn’t very happy about it then they changed their mind. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I’ll never spend a penny on anything from this company again.

I definitely don't recommend buying from Arezzo USA! Customer service is terrible! I'm Brazilian and I love the products, I've been their customer for years, but I don't buy them anymore. It's been over a week since I bought a pair of sandals, paid US$9.95 (regular ship) for shipping and they haven't even shipped yet. I tried to speak by email and cancel as there is no information about the whereabouts of the sandals, I was informed that it would not be possible as the cancellation option is only up to 15 minutes after purchase. So I went to chat on their website to speak to an agent and find out what happened, I spent 2 hours online and no one responded to me. Also, service is based on Eastern time and I live in Los Angeles and can only talk to them until 3pm here. I'm very disappointed because I had an event this weekend and I was planning on wearing the sandals I bought 10 days ago. I hope Arezzo USA takes action and delivers the product to me as quickly as possible or my money back!
