Gabby and his team moved us at short notice , this was as smooth a move as you could wish for , his team of Theo and Brendan have a lot of experience and helped us dismantle furniture as well giving us tips how to organise our belongings, if you want a company that cares about your belongings then there’s no one better to have handle your move just give Gabby a call first before any other Company you won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Gabby and the team from Ark Relocations. They managed our move from the UK to Germany with exceptional professionalism and patience, from the initial consultation to the final day of the move.
We chose their full-service package, which meant we didn’t have to lift a finger. This significantly reduced our stress and made the entire experience much smoother. On moving day, the team arrived promptly and reviewed the plan with my wife and me one final time.
Once we were ready, we handed over the keys to Gabby and began our drive to Germany, confident that everything was in capable hands. As promised, the keys to our old house were handed over to the estate agent, who later gave us positive feedback—saying the house had been left clean and tidy.
A few days later, the team arrived at our new home. We gave them a quick tour and labelled each room, after which they got straight to work unpacking. The crew was friendly, helpful, and even assisted with items they hadn’t delivered. We especially appreciated them mounting our large TV on the wall before unpacking the floor units—it made things so much easier for us.
The entire process took a couple of days. Once everything was complete, Gabby walked through the house with us for a final check to ensure everything was as we wanted. At no point did we feel rushed to sign off on the job.
Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience. From the initial consultation to the export/customs paperwork and the actual move, we have nothing but praise for Gabby and the Ark Relocations team. Their outstanding service made a potentially stressful process feel effortless.

Gabby initially spent an hour explaining the removals procedure and I was very impressed with his knowledge, even down to how to pack china safely and secure ways to tape the boxes. On asking if I needed the extra insurance (the basic included one is only for total loss) he assured me I would not need it. On removing items from my house the guys were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. However, on trying to take out my large sofa (having told them it would have to go out the french windows) they got t stuck in an internal doorway and damaged the base of the sofa and the paintwork on the door. My furniture was in storage with them for a week then delivered to my new house. There was further damage to the underside of the sofa with a 4 foot long rip in the fabric and each corner at the base of the sofa was filthy - it had obviously be pushed/dragged on a dirty floor. One of my dining chairs was broken, there was a hole in the back of one of my bookcases and on both wardrobe doors there was damage to the woodwork.
On emailing Gabby from Ark Relocations about this damage he replied, and I quote: 'Thank you for the email & so sorry that you are disappointed with our service !'
Considering this 'service' cost me £2,200 I am not at all happy. Needless to say I will not be recommending them to anyone wanting a removals company.

Extremely happy with our move experience, the team were professional and helpful throughout the move. We had a tricky driveway but the guys negotiated this with ease and skill.
The team worked non stop to get us relocated 20 miles up the road in one day.
The team love a cuppa and biscuit to keep them going so be nice and stock up!

They were very professional and kept communication with us the entire time.

We used Ark Relocation for our house removals on 3rd January. What can I say, Gabby and his team were excellent. In every way. Including, laying down coverings at both houses to keep the place clean. To being polite and super helpful. We went for the Stress Free move & what a godsend that was. Emptied our old house on the Friday of completion. With a van on standby to whisk our Beds & overnight bits & pieces straight out to the new house. Saturday morning there at the New house, all bright & cheerful, with the lorry & all our belongings. Unloaded by lunchtime. So to sum up, Excellent Price, Nothing to much trouble. Everything kept clean & tidy. No damage what so ever to out belongings. Fantastic Service. Super well done to the Crew, Gabby and the rest of the team. If i could give you 10 stars I would. All the very best. Jeff & Mary.

We had to change removals company last minute due to complications with our move. I got in touch with Ark who were superb right from the start. Assuring us that they could accommodate us last minute was a relief. All the guys that helped us move were super helpful and made our move a much easier orocess. I would definitely recommend Ark removals.
