It’s possible that you may have placed an order with a different website with a similar name, as unfortunately this does happen from time to time.

We’re very sorry that you experienced a delay with your order and that you were unable to get through to us at the time.

After investigating, we found that one of the items was held at a separate warehouse, which unfortunately delayed the rest of your order. We can confirm that your order was delivered in full on 25th November.

We also sincerely apologise for the difficulty you had contacting us — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.

We pride ourselves on providing a reliable and efficient service, so we are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of expectations. Thank you for your feedback.

It looks like you have the wrong company, as this does not match our policies or how we handle customer service. We have also checked our system and database and cannot find an order under your name or email, so we are certain this was not a purchase made with us.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to note that Army and Navy Ltd is now under new management and since taking over, we have made improvements to our returns process to ensure a smoother experience for our customers.
