Was sent a prmotional card from Arrivia…

Was sent a prmotional card from Arrivia to attend a zoom 1 hour presentationwith my dignificant other. By attending we would receive a complimentary 3, 5,or 7 night cruise for 2 adults aboard our choice of major cruise lines: Carnival. Royal Caribbean & Norwegian- logos on their promotional postcard. Call today to RSVP. We did call on Thursday May 22nd & attended their Zoom SalesPresentation on Friday May 23. It is now Wednesday May 28th and no trip voucher emailed as promised. I have called 2 times and been given their voucher department email address and sent 2 emails with no response. There has been no response from Arrivia whatsoever.

They will not call you back

I requested a call, through the chat, several times and didn’t receive one until 3 weeks later after I told them I was going to the BBB, which I did. They are dishonest by stating you will get a call in 24 hrs. Making a change to flight reservations is time sensitive so the longer you wait for a rep to respond, the greater the chance you will miss out on getting refunded. Especially because you cannot modify your reservation independently. I’d say the savings are not worth it for the poor customer service and unethical practice.

STAY CLEAR of this company!!!

STAY CLEAR of this company!!!! EPIC JOURNEYS (Florida) travel benefits and membership are fulfilled by Arrivia is nothing but a scam operation. My husband and I attended a Zoom presentation and we decided that we would take a look at it, but they told us we had up to 3 days to finalize our decision before we were charged. So after reviewing the program we decided to cancel within the 3 day timeframe. I called and spoke with Operations Manager of Customer Service, Fernando, and he confirmed that they received my cancellation timely. Yet when my cc statement came 3 weeks later they charged me the full membership. Since then I have contacted Fernando at least 3 times and he has been giving me all these lame reasons as to why it happened and that he has emailed his superiors to issue a refund. I have asked if I could get the contact info for the Billing department & he replied we can’t give that information outside as Nydia is swamped with calls…hmmm I wonder why??? I sent another email asking for my refund and NOONE has returned my emails….not a one. So I told Fernando that if I didn’t her from him, that I would post my experience on the website, all he said was ‘I understand, I would be upset too”.
When I called my CC company to dispute the charge they looked up the Member Svcs telephone number listed on my statement, &. they immediately told me that it was a SCAM and that it came back “Business Services not elsewhere classified”. So I had to cancel my CC so that they couldn’t charge anything else…..SO YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Thank goodness we didn’t go forward with them!!!! I will never attend another one of these SCAM presentations again!!!!!

BEWARE OF EPIC JOURNEYS (located in FLORIDA) contact info (844) 482-9229.

Pathetic third class company

Never going to work in this organisation. Never going to recommend anyone to work in this organisation. The management is pathetic. They hire staff on less salary even if we ask for hike on last drawn salary. They terminate staff whenever they require without any notice and all with false claims. I have given my 100 percent to this organisation, but still I got fired from this organisation because of the management's dirty politics.

I mistakenly thought that booking…

I mistakenly thought that booking through the T-Mobile Travel app would have provided reliable recommendations.
It did not.
T-Mobile needs to remove them as a travel provider. The list of hotels that were provided contained mis-information.
The fee (an upcharge) was just shy of $25.
And... the hotel did not provide maid service until I requested them to empty trash 2 days after I checked in. The "pool view" I was upcharged for was non-existent.
In trying to recover the upcharge for the pool view I went to T-Mobile's travel site and called the 2 phone numbers they listed. Both numbers were not working.
In calling T-Mobile to resolve the problem I was informed that their travel was handled by booking.com.
When I informed her that my email confirmation showed that Arrivia handled the travel, the T-Mobile agent googled Arrivia and then gave me their phone number (888.320.4234) which she assured me was a working phone number.
I called and was met with an answering message that instructed me to leave my information so I could receive a call back (never received) or to dial "0" to reach an operator (not answered).
I don't know how I could have avoided this problem since I was relying on T-Mobile to have responsible subcontractors.

Poor Services and No Accountability

In July 2024, an agent from Arrivia promised to assist me with my dispute against Holland America Line. However, she stopped responding to my emails in November 2024. I contacted Arrivia's main phone number (888) 320-4234 and her office number (833) 904-4071, but both were unhelpful. Additionally, neither of these numbers recognized her office extension # 19878.

No one takes responsibility or follows through.

No one takes responsibility for anything they say. Each department says to contact another department. Nothing is in writing so it is your word against theirs even though they say they are recording the conversation. I have to remind them of what should be on my account. If you call them and they give you a call back number you can't get thru or if you leave a message no one calls you back unless they are trying to up sell you. Customer service is non-existent. I have spent many times on the phone sometimes for 2-3 hours to get anything accomplished. Tried to call Arrivia headquarters who left me hanging and never transferred me to anyone. Very disappointed. This has been going on for 6 months. No exact date.

Great Savings, Very Happy with Membership

I'll put it this way, i don't normally leave reviews, but this company is awesome. The bad reviews make no sense, whoever is leaving those must be using a different site or something.

My husband and I purchased this membership and have already saved a ton on travel. It's a little pricey upfront, but the membership is forever, and there's savings everywhere we go. I've compared every trip that we've booked through arrivia, and some of the deals are truly unreal.

Highly recommend.

I received a call

I received a call, email, and text from a woman named Addison from the Philippines, who asked me to participate in a 45-minute webinar for Arrivia Vacation. She mentioned I would receive a vacation gift and $200 after attending. I attended the webinar, which lasted about 1.5 hours, and then I participated in a one-on-one session. After that, I spoke with another representative who confirmed our email and contact information to send the vacation gift.

Addison reached out again, but instead of offering the initial $200, she proposed an additional $200 if I could get three friends to watch the same video. I responded that I would appreciate receiving the first $200 before proceeding further, but then she stopped communicating. This is definitely a SCAM!!

SCAM

The Philippine woman who called me (Bea), and emailed and text, asked my husband and I to listen to a 45 minute webinar for Arrivia vacation. After which we we would receive a vacation gift. We attended the webinar and did the one on one after too and then talked to another person who verified our email and contact to send a free vacation gift. It was supposed to take three minutes but two DAYS later still nothing! This is definitely a SCAM!!

Called the Bea lady back and told her what happened and she asked if we finished the webinar or cut it short. I told her we did it all the way to the end. I further explained what happened and she said stick to what I’m asking you only! I told her she was being rude and then she said to calm down! Umm excuse me but I’m not a child we were promised something and we did what was asked of us although we were on our way to work because she promised us a gift for doing so. When it came to holding up their end they start being rude and don’t follow through! If this is the sales pitch and it’s a crock you can only imagine what the vacation club is like. Not trustworthy and a big lie! Do not waste your money on this SCAM!

SCAMS SCAMS!!!!!

If I could rate them 0 or say the words that are actually in my head I would.Biggest scams I've ever seen. We unfortunately started so long ago. 2023 is the farthest back it would let me go. I talked my husband into it. Just so you know, mine was under the name Sears Travel and then Direct Access Travel. Bet they changed the name because of too many reviews like this. I found this name in small fine print that this company was actually the one running the scam. No actual address. Multiple states listed only. Do you know the prices they give you (if it even works) are basically ones like hotel.com or Expedia. Those are sometimes cheaper and actually work & can even return. Try getting your money back from Arrivia, Sears Travel, or Direct Access Travel. How can people do that to someone else?! Taking money is all they want to do. Look at the financial distress now in the world... that doesn't matter either, not to them. I'm leaving messages on any site I can. Just remember basic sites with high scores, that means they did that themselves. Go somewhere they'll have a harder time to review themselves. Try the BBB. If you see a higher review they aren't even supposed to go to, then they're doing the review themselves. Try Consumer Federal Protection Bureau. They're people with no hearts & money is all they want. They aren't those nice people first making these plans sound incredible. Epecially in times like this...WE NEED AND DESERVE OUR SCAMMED MONEY BACK!! Don't worry ARRIVIA...SEARS TRAVEL...DIRECT ACCESS TRAVEL. I'm just telling EVERYONE, what awful people you are. Remember look at that fine tiny print at any travel company that of these names (ARRIVIA, SEARS TRAVEL, DIRECT ACCESS TRAVEL) & STAY FAR AWAY. Tell those sweet reps selling & those people listening, seem interested, or have a pen in their hand ready to buy. SCREAM LOUDLY-"THAT COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL SCREW YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU'VE EVER WORKED FOR." I don't want anyone else scammed again &they don't deserve anyone else's money. One more time,at least on this review. ARRIVIA, SEARS TRAVEL, &DIRECT ACCESS TRAVEL SCREW YOU!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! If I could rate them 0 or say the words that are actually in my head I would. These are the biggest scams I've ever seen. We unfortunately started so long ago. Look at the financial distress now in the world... that doesn't matter either!? I guess not too them. I'm leaving messages on any site I can. Best Deals Travel and Arrivia don't deliver what they promise.

Best Deals Travel is owned my Arrivia. My membership was four months from the expiration date. I was offered a deal of 7 nights in a resort and a $25 gift card if I renewed for 10 years at a cost of $500, so I renewed the membership. Several weeks later I still hadn't received my resort voucher or the gift card. I called member services and was directed to the reservation department. I called the reservation department and was rudely directed to member services. After four phone calls with no results I left a message on their member chat service that if they didn't contact me I was going to dispute the $500 renewal fee on my credit card. Instead of calling me they canceled my membership entirely even though there we four months remaining.

If it sounds too good to be true

If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably a bad deal. This travel club is run through a highly reputable USAA bank.

However, the travel company is highly questionable in terms of customer service and support. Basically, the airline changed the flight time, causing the trip to be invalid. I understand that the company has no control over this issue. I contacted customer service for assistance.

The young woman on the call was friendly and rebooked the travel at an earlier time. Once customer service informed me that everything was complete, I got my itinerary and the service rep booked the first flight two days later than the connecting flight (the trip was supposed to happen on June 13, but the rep booked the first leg on June 15 with the connection scheduled on June 13). I immediately contacted customer service again and was informed by a male agent that, since it was booked within 24 hours of the flight, I needed to contact the airlines directly to fix their mistake that they committed five minutes earlier. After loudly expressing my discontent that I needed to speak with the airlines due to their mistake, the agent reluctantly agreed to assist.

The agent then stated that there were no other options for travel on AA for June 13. I asked if they could book on a different airline and was informed that, since they had originally used AA, they couldn't change to a different airline.

I asked if they were exclusive with AA and the agent stated, 'No, we use multiple airlines to provide the best value. However, we can't change to a different airline since it was originally booked by us on AA.' I informed the agent to cancel my reservation and provide a full refund.

Warning: Steer Clear of iCruise

A Warning to All: Steer Clear of iCruise!

As a Sapphire Member of iCruise, I expected premium service and trustworthy dealings. Instead, I was met with a shocking display of neglect, broken promises, and what feels like outright fraud. Despite numerous emails and calls over several months, my attempts to communicate with iCruise have been blatantly ignored. This silence is a stark contradiction to the guarantees given by their representative, Chelsea Tittle, upon our membership purchase for USD 3000. The gap between the promised services and what we are now getting is not just blatant failure to uphold contractual obligations but a clear fraud.

My primary issue has been the complete inability to book any cruises, despite having paid for this service. This lack of basic customer support and refusal to engage in any form of communication has left me with no choice but to consider legal action. It's clear that iCruise's continuous disregard for my requests for assistance is a breach of our agreement and the duty of good faith and fair dealing that should be inherent in such contracts.

This is a formal notice to anyone considering iCruise: they have failed to respond or correct their failures, pushing me towards initiating a fraud dispute through my credit card issuer. The absence of a dedicated complaint department only adds to my concerns about the company's integrity and intentions. I urge everyone to take this warning seriously. I hoped for an amicable resolution, but it's apparent that legal steps, including potential litigation for breach of contract and misrepresentation, may be the only path forward.

Avoid iCruise at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind. Their behavior is not just unprofessional; it's unconscionable and indicative of a company that does not deserve your business.

Worse Travel Agent Ever Used

I would give this travel agent a negative rating if I could. In November 2022 I booked a cruise through them sailing this September 2023. Multiple mistakes were made with the booking that have caused me several problems. Trying to get these mistakes corrected has taken a huge amount of my time because the travel agent that did the booking will not return my calls or respond to my emails. The cruise line will not do anything with the reservation since it was made through the travel agency. I have never been this frustrated with any booking I have made in my life.
