Purchased a used alienware m14x r2 laptop from these guys. Laptop was in perfect condition as described, and its specs were actually slightly better than advertised. I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop. Item was delivered quickly and as promised, and everything that was shown in the listing was included and seems to be in working order. On a refurbished laptop, I was worried about the condition of the monitor, but no imperfections noted. Everything worked out of the box, the Windows version was genuine, and besides installing my own software, I think the only thing that was needed was updating a driver/software for the webcam from the Dell website (which took just a few minutes).
