I was confused with ordering on line so rang asgard to order a shed ,which you cannot do but the lady ( sorry I've forgot your name ) explained everything and would look out for my order coming through on line and would check it for me which she did , can't thank her enough brilliant service

Website is easily accessible and the diagrams of the sizes of the required base very helpful.
For my own purposes I did call the company and the young lady was extremely helpful and I then went on to order online. I have received all the messages as originally advised & I’m looking forward to the installation next month.

Great website that is easy to navigate and describes in detail what to expect when order placed. The company faces up to lead times giving clear dimensions and types of base accepted for each size of shed. Looking forward to installation and if as good as claimed I will be replacing my other shed with another Asgard purchase.

Regret to report that even with regular maintenance as recommended by the Asgard website my shed has corroded after 5 years 1 month. One of the doors has fallen off because the 2 hinges have completely rusted. Customer services accept no responsibility, stating corrosion is a failure of my maintenance, not their product!

Easy site to use and very helpful

Once delivered in full, it is a very sturdy and high quality unit, we’re very happy with it. It was relatively easy to put together between 2 people. We did have an issue with some key parts arriving damaged and the delay was quite long, but our issues were dealt with superbly by Zarah Jallani, she provided excellent customer service throughout.

Easy to order and came well before the estimated delivery time

Shed delivered, and installed, this morning. They arrived when the said they would, and installed my shed, where I wanted it, in no time at all.
I’m very impressed with the quality and finish.
It’s not big, but then again it’s big enough for my bike.

We have the 7 x 4 bike shed, received in 2023. It feels sturdy and looks smart, and functions as it did on day 1. It currently houses two adult bikes a kid's bike and a kid's scooter. I think you *could* get 4 adult bikes in there but it would be a squeeze!

The key renewal service was quick and efficient but the product extremely expensive for a key - especially for multiple copies for different club users. It is a good, secure lock but on the one occasion in the past when we were broken into, the thieves bypassed the lock and just jemmied the door open. The steel door folded like cardboard.

Update on order- the wooden base has now been delivered today & I can now use the bike store as required - it has been an ordeal to get to this point but I’m am happy with the product & the quality so far is good. ( the delivery process & communications have been the overall issue - not the products themselves) customer services have refunded me as a goodwill gesture for the issues experienced & I now consider the matter resolved.

Wooden base ordered July 10th - delivered August 3rd (scheduled delivery was Monday 27th July) bike store was delivered and installed July 18th. So just waited on wood floor base.
Wood base - Order not delivered on 27th & no contact or explanation as to why -had chased this on phone next day & no-one was able to explain why the delivery had failed or seem to be aware that the delivery had not taken place - then a day after the scheduled delivery, I get a text on evening of 28th to say it’s delivered - this was reportedly a text error & the wood base had been returned damaged back to the depot - lack of communication from Driver / Asgard escalated the issue as I did not know what was going on.

Everything from order to delivery was bang on. The delivery guys were ultra careful when laying out all the panels. Paper instructions could be a bit clearer particularly regarding adding the silicone but the videos were superb. If fitting yourself make sure you have a good power screwdriver as there are a lot of screws. Build quality is superb.

The product is good and I found it easy to put together, mostly doing this singlehanded.
Unfortunately the communication for the organisation is atrocious, they don’t seem to communicate with one another and when there’s a problem you just get ignored. I requested my issue be escalated on multiple occasions but this stopped short of any timely resolution.
I got my unit eventually, I just think the customer service I received was poor for the amount I paid for the unit.

Purchased some extra shelves for my Asgard Garrison Motorbike shed, and although the quality is great, fitting snugly into the shed is a big let down.
Gaps to one end should not be there, but it looks like a standard size fits all, or doesn't fit all.
They are not cheap at £90.00 for two, so you would expect them to fit, wouldn't you?

The ordering site was easy to follow and use. All necessary information set out, and understandable.
The information on delivery estimate times was hi-lighted so no confusion. Follow up e-mails have been clear. Payment section clear and easy to do safely.

Was really disappointed to be honest. Actual bike storage container is good quality but was described as storage for 3-4 bikes when it actually barely fits two at a squeeze - and is problematic to get them in and out without damage. When I contacted Customer Service they suggested it was my fault for not taking notice of the measurements. I would suggest Asgard should be more careful with there descriptions. They wouldn't accept a return for a full refund. Very disappointing.

What can I say, what a product, strong,went together easy will last a long time. I’m also looking to buy a bigger shed when they have a deal on. You won’t be disappointed, don’t go thinking it’s like the metal sheds that other outlets sell it far superior.

The shed took eight weeks to arrive which was a bit of a shock so check lead times when ordered.
It’s well made and easily put together.
It’s very noisy as the panels wobble when moved. I’ve insulated the roof and put floor mats down and now full has improved this to some degree.
The two front panels had different references to the instructions and theses have some brackets to secure shelves I presume. Generally it was hard to rack out and I had no option but to use self tapping screws where the panels join. Same for a roof light there’s nothing to secure anything took.
A door hook would have been a nice feature.
Overall very secure.
The instructions also say not to position within one meter of a hedge or wall but that’s quite impractical.

Needed to.order extra key.for shed we have had it over 10 years, I added wrong number the team quickly responded I corrected error and my additional key is being dispatched.
I didnt feel like I line fell into black hole great response time.
