After initially writing this company off of any decency.. i now can return and retract my words and rewrite them. after speaking with Andrew over several emails this company has now come good and i will buy from them in the future if i ever need too again, the man himself went out of his way to correct the incident and it all turned out good in the end for both parties involved Thanks Andrew..
Paid the companmy £293.36 and they didn't deliver the goods. The phone is constantly engaged and false promises by email. BUYER BEWARE
My first order with them went through fine two years ago, but when I placed the same order again in March 2025, it was never received. My emails were ignored and calling was impossible as the line was always busy or the contact was unreachable. Luckily I was able to get a refund through PayPal.
I never received my order, the invoice amount was debited from my credit card twice and the company did not reply to my emails in this respect.
Still waiting for my money to be refunded after more than a month, this company are nothing less than crooks. Tomorrow I am going to raise a dispute with my bank!
No telephone number to call, the "live chat" does not operate and no response to emails when making an enquiry about a product prior to the purchase.
You will get no information about your order as to when it will be delivered, they do not provide tracking or shipment information. If you contact them via email regarding your order, the response will be you will get your order when you get it.
