Excellent - The quality of the lights here are amazing, the guys are so helpful. I have renovated my house and have bought most of my lighting from them. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me find what iv been looking for. The show room is lovely the best I have seen in Cardiff. Really would recommend Astral lighting!

Excellent service, even though they could not supply the item as it was out of stock. I received a phone call, not automated email, with an apology, an explanation of why and when the item is likely to be available again. Polite and friendly throughout.
I decided not to wait and received a refund within minutes.
Would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

There is a great range of lighting on offer in the showroom - the one we chose was not available immediately but ordering was easy and it arrived within days.
The light is fantastic, and good value for money.
Would buy from here again and would recommend!

Best place we found for all our lighting

Amazing Service!! I have just purchased two new lights from Astral Lighting. In store the assistant was more then helpful, showing the the range of bulbs available and the difference they make! He was also able to give me a discount as I was purchasing two lights from the same range. The items were ordered and are due to be collected this week. When I came home, I found the same lights online for a slightly cheaper price. Out of curiosity I emailed the store to which I received a very quick reply even though it was gone 22:00 on a Saturday evening!
The store then said they would price match the lower price and refund the different in store! I am thrilled with the service I have received and I would t think twice about using them again or recommending them to friends!

Sourced the lamp we wanted and rapidly sorted a problem with a chipped shade. Replaced from manufacturer.

Amazing lights and i can't knock the quality. I spent just under a thousand pound on three lovely lights that I couldn't get anywhere els and lucky enough they had been ordered in. when purchasing these lights there was an agreement made that I would be able to have a discount on 7 led bulbs to go in them. On collection the owner couldn't remember this deal and was happy to give me a discount on a cheap quality bulbs (I mean cheap) due to this I felt ripped off and ended up going to EMA lighting on ocean way Cardiff CF24 5HH. Here they were very helpful and did me a deal on led bulbs with a guarantee also for 3years on each bulb. The quality of the light are not my issue it was just the agreement over the bulbs that annoyed me, I am not saying I wouldnt buy from Astral as there are some lovely lights but lesson learnt not to rely on an agreement over bulbs!

Really good selection and lovely staff. Bought a modern bathroom light for my new bathroom. Fitted the room perfectly and really brightens up the room.
