Audi Centre Avis 

I called to the site looking for a price and quotation for a new electric vehicle on two occasions. On both occasions there was no sales guy available to take my query, when busy this is understandable. What is unforgivable from one sales guy to another, is that I left my details but on both occasions no one contacted me or called me back. Although living in Sandyford, given that there seemed no interest in my business I went to Audi northside, it seems they are different dealerships, unlike Sandyford, they know how to treat customers. Order has been placed with Audi Northside and I will have my new in July. I have previously purchased two cars from Audi Southside but will not be back. As a by the way I got speaking to a lady in Northside ( a customer) and she mentioned the same experience in Audi southside.

I never expect service to be great from car dealers. In general they have lost the run of themselves charging way too much and blaming the government for it not realising the part they have to play. Its's unfortunate because buying a car should be a very enjoyable experience. We just collected an A1 from Audi Center. David O'Callaghan could not have been more attentive and made the experience a good one. Everything was ready to go on time. The car was presented in pristine condition. At no point did we feel rushed or unwelcome. Lost a star in solidarity with those who have had a very bad experience. Thanks again to David who went some way to softening my view of the motor trade.

Buyer beware!! Tried to buy a new car here, deal agreed. Car was due in January and was 9 to 10 months late, not their fault. Less than 24 hours before pick up they called to say they were taking 12k off the price of my trade in. An absolute joke! Nightmare to deal with!

I can't recommend sales executive Wayne Kevlin in Audi Sandyford enough. I'd been to a couple of dealerships before visiting this one, but Wayne's passion for Audi, knowledge of the various makes /models and professionalism really stood out and made the experience of car buying feel like a pleasure compared to everywhere else. He is an absolute credit to Audi and definitely the sales executive I'll be asking for when I return to the showrooms. Make sure to request Wayne when shopping for your Audi, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. An absolute gentleman.

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish.
My car has a relatively simple problem to fix an the service department honestly haven’t a clue and we’re far more interested in trying to rip me off by telling me I needed a load of unnecessary maintenance on my car.

Worst service ever!I left my car on 10/08/2022 for fixing EGR (it was under warranty) and I was told that my car will be ready within a week,after week on 17/08/2022 I was waiting for phone call that I can collect my car but nothing happened,then I decided to ring to Audi Sandyford and find out what’s the story with my car and they told me that car is not ready yet and it will take another week,nobody even didn’t try to let me know that it will take another week. I’m using my car for work,so I’m loosing around €4000 for those 2 weeks . If I would know in beginning that my car would not be ready as they promised I would find out another place where to fix it😡As I understand that if they fixing trunk trununder guarantee then they not giving a f…k about costumers.I was thinking to go for upgrade for another Audi A6 but as I have such bad experience wit Audi service I decided to not get another Audi .The service is simply awful !!!!Also from previous times,they got my alloys scratched,they did some scratches on my car door and mirrors and broke clips in my trunk,also they not looking on your service records (as it doing Toyota/BMW) and putting up things what don’t need any attention,for example, I bought new wipers on Saturday and on Monday I brought my car for service,reports was showing that my wiper’s are worn and should be replaced (how it’s possible),the same things about my disc’s,they was showing that they are 96% worn,with in few days I went to another workshop to change my brake pads and disc’s and that guy who was doing job told that my disc’s are absolutely fine(It wasn’t possible at Audi centre because it’s taking ages to get any appointment),then I went to Audi for another service and in new reports was showing that my disc’s are fine (how it’s possible 🤔if I didn’t change them)…Looks like left hand doesn’t know what right is doing!!
This is the last straw ,will never use Audi centre again,they don’t care about costumers and service is absolutely unacceptable,especially when they charging a fortune,even if you know what’s wrong with your car,they don’t care,they charging €170 for another diagnostic!!!

Worst experience ever. I actually left feeling so upset , I went over on Saturday to look at a price of an automatic A3 or Q3 , we walked around and asked several times could we speak to someone, eventually the receptionist introduced me to a young-sales man called paddy. I explained what I was looking for, he couldn't have cared less , I handed him my car key to go down and price and he advised that he cannot give me a price for my car that i would have to drive it next door to the used dealer part. ( i drive a 181 merc) therefore unable to do me a quote!!!!! I than asked about the A3 on the show room floor, he wouldn't move off his chair, i asked was ambient lighting included , he said he didn't know. it was like pulling teeth at one stage his colleague Stephen who could over hear answered my questions. Paddy looked like he had fallen out of bed and had not one bit of interest in selling me car. when i asked about the Q3 he did it on his screen and said i would be looking at the end of 50k i asked could he negotiate he said no. i actually asked paddy, has he been doing this long and his response was no, swinging on his chair. . i said i could tell. i said its fine and picked up my keys and left . i did express my disappointed with his colleague Stephen but again i don't think he cared, i went over to buy a car that day but
I left feeling deflated. we drove over to MSL ballsbridge and i bought a 50k AMG that i am collecting today , The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I have since told everyone about the treatment i received in Audi and people also said they had the same reception.
I would advise that you train your staff and also be aware that you are actually loosing business. absolutely terrible dealership. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME...

Worst service experience ever. Tried to book a service. Asked to leave my car for two days for inspection of missing sign of fog light indicator on the dashboard. Ridiculous.
Service man at the call had no knowledge about what needs to be done at a given milage. No match to service e.g. UK, Reading.

I just bought a tt from Wayne Kelvin I have to say I couldn’t reconnect him any higher. It was one hundred percent the next expectancy I have had buying a car and every two years a get a new car. From the first email I sent and within a hour I had a reply. The service and communication I received from the receptionists and Wayne kept me informed and helped with on line signing and transfer of funds as I lived a bit away from the garage. I will be recommending Wayne to all my friends family and work colleges if they are buying a car. I will be getting my car serviced here and have already told Wayne that I will see him for sure in two years when ready to upgrade again .

I recently purchased my Audi E-tron from Mark Flanagan at Audi Centre Sandyford. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough. From the time I walked into the showroom until I received my car the communication was fantastic. I have bought new cars over the years from other dealers however I have not received customer service like I did from Audi and Mark. Thanks All.

So frustrated and appalled at Audi Sandyford. Incompetent disinterested staff whose goal is to upsell products that are not necessary.
5star showroom but 0 for aftercare and competence.
Do not waste your time trying to engage with this garage. They give Audi a bad reputation! There are other dealerships who be will deliver on knowledge and competence.

The worst customer service you can expect, had my car towed there and before towing rang them and made sure they can take my car in to look. Once the car was left there from the towing company they wont take my car keys, left me in a very depressing and pathetic situation. One of the service managers Noel responded in a very bad manner and not even an apology. Had bought the car from them itself and you expect this kind of customer service. This is not only the one issue I had from this people.Terrible customer service. Stay away from them for your own good,very bad after sales customer service. Never ever going there.

Total lack of professionalism from every staff member I was in contact with including the manager.

Messing about with a cheque and very poor communication.

Told my breaks needed to be fixed asap. Went to my local guy and he said they were totally fine and didnt need to be changed at all.
