Arrived late…
The order although dispatched on the correct day(Thurs) didn't arrive until 4 days later(Mon)
I sent a message when it was 2 days late (Sat) and still haven't had a reply. The package arrived on the Monday.
I hope it was in good condition.

I always use Australian Gourmet Gifts to send hampers. I found this last time I was a little disappointed that there was a postage price. The free postage was one of the reasons why I chose Australian Gourmet Gifts.

After looking at the number of websites and ordering from another site that i ended up having to cancel the order, I came upon Australian Gourmet Gifts. There photo's were accurate and the service was professional and prompt. I would absolutely use them again.

Mixed experience
One star for the hamper not arriving on time (Aust Post problem?), five stars for the response from management. I'd use them again because of the rapid, personal and satisfactory outcome.
