Horrific customer service. Rang to purchase a van cash without seeing the van, Sarah answered the phone and I have honestly never been spoken down to in such a horrific way. Safe to say, we will be taking our money elsewhere and not purchasing with them. If that is how they can speak to a customer, god knows what the service is like if you bought it and something goes wrong.

I hope my review is honest and accountable as there were a number of issue after my purchase which I have listed below.

- Having been promised before purchase that the service log book would be stamped & signed I found that it was not. I enquired for help but the request was turned down.

- Post delivery, when I hoped to take the vehicle out to drive I found the battery was dead. I understand these vehicle have worn down batteries and left for many weeks before purchase but the service report they provide said it was good. I had Halfords out to replace which was an extra cost on me.

- Even though they advertised the delivery was free there was a £104 charge for delivery included in the invoice which was actually taken off the valve of the vehicle. As too was an admin charge of £200 which again was taken off the vehicle.

- A one year free AA breakdown cover was advertised but when I contacted AA and enquired they confirmed that only applies for cars and not commercial vehicles.

- I asked for a light in the back of the van to be fix as it was hanging out of its socket. On arrive the light was fixed back in position yet it has not been wired up so no light produced when needed.

- Thanks to Naeem who was the delivery driver for being on time.

Having now had the vehicle fully service by Halfords (with log book stamped, adding guarantee & future valve) the van works well and I am using it which is a great relief.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I felt it necessary to share my experience. I bought a good van but sadly I had many issues.

4th car now purchased from Auto Globe. Good service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Perfect, on time and professional delivery

After a awful experience with another care dealership in Bristol which resulted in the car being returned and escalated to Trading standards we we contacted Globe Autos about a different vehicle.
Sarah was brilliant guided us all through the purchase and the guys were great answering all of our questions were transparent about the car and its condition .The delivery driver was polite helpful and efficient giving my wife a thorough hand over and made sure she was happy before leaving.
Overall a good experience and a big relief after our previous dealer.
