The OEM was no longer available
The OEM was no longer available. They stopped making it. The sun visor arrived quickly and the condition was excellent. Will get all my parts from them for now on.

The Good:
Their parts are priced fairly from the research I did.
The Bad:
Their customer service is to be desired. Everything is routed through a call center who knows nothing about anything except what the auto parts fair web page tells them. After you place an order, and expect it to be on its way, you get an email a day or two later asking for more information about the part you ordered to make sure it is correct. If you don’t reply to them in two days, they will ship the part and void any warranties it may come with and will not allow the item to be returned for any reason. This transaction was a real headache, but in the end it saved me a lot of money.

Delivery was totall different then promisedy
When I ordered it promised delivery in 3-5 days. Instead it was delivered to FedEx late shipped by Fedex to Denver and then put in the US mail and delivery to Taos, NM isn't expected until 10 days from when I ordered the part. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!
