Auvesta Edelmetalle Avis 79

I wrote about Auvesta Edelmetalle yesterday and gave them one star, as I could not find out how to sell my precious metals. I was very concerned that I had been scammed. Several hours after I wrote that review, I heard from James from Gold Busters. James talked me through the process of how to get sell my metals that was quite complicated. It was great that he got in touch though. Auvesta sent me an email in the afternoon saying that they had transfered the payment to my account. The amount of precious metals that I bought in 2023 had doubled in value since then, so I was very pleased with this result. It was alot better than if I had put the money in a Cash ISA, as a financial adviser had suggested I do, and got 5% interest. I still feel nervous of Auvesta Edelmetalle, as they could make their website much more user friendly and explain more about how their company works to novices on the subject of precious metals like myself. Particularly, how the automatic switching process works and how to sell your metals.

Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren bei AUVESTA und es läuft immer alles reibungslos.
Sehr nette Berater, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, jeden Schritt zu erklären.
Auch heute hat mich Ferdinant..... sehr gut beraten.
Ich kann AUVESTA nur empfehlen.
Außerdem ist man an keine Verträge gebunden und kann jederzeit, von zu Hause aus, auch seine Angelegenheiten ändern.
Z.B. Betrag erhöhen, pausieren, Gold schicken lassen oder aufs Konto überweisen. Habe ich alles schon ausprobiert. Funktioniert super.

Hi! Bad expirience from Slovenia. I invested in Auvesta in january 2025. Bought Silver for 14400€...(2400€ is for Auvesta till i invest total 50K). Everythning was going great...because the silver was going great...and than it came to SWITCH. Had 14877 g of silver on 30.09.2025 (because i invested some more during the year). First switch went from silver to gold...ok...lost something. (like 200g in silver, because they said it has to be two SWITHES that the hole cycle is complete. So I got a call from Auvesta I should make another SWITCH...and the whole cycle will be complete...as they sad, I would get ca. 7% to what i got.
From 30.09.2025 til 17.03.2026...I lost exectly 2245 g of Silver!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN AUVESTA...the guy that selling AUVESTA and give tips for SWITCHES in SLOVENIJA doesnt have a clue and he sad he made a mistake because I had too many questions and thats now my fault!!!!BR

Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen! Telefonisch absolut nicht erreichbar, per E-mail hat es Woche gedauert das jemand sich gemeldet hat. Goldblister die ich gekauft habe zeigte schon viele Kratzer aufm plastik, die sie mir auch einige gleichen Marke gezeigt haben leider auch alle mit Gebrauchsspuren war. Nach meiner Meinung war es eine Umlauf Ware war/ist.der Preis war aber für neu Ware und würde auch so bezahlt. Die wollten auch mir die falls ich nicht nehme den preis zurück zahlen allerdings war gold inzwischen teuer geworden. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Nie wieder…

Achtung : Unter der Nummer +49 8024 4741144 ist seit einem Monat niemand mehr erreichbar.
Ich habe mehrere E-Mails service()auvesta.com geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten.
Diese Firma existiert wahrscheinlich nicht mehr. Kann das jemand bestätigen?

Es una estafa. Te venden el oro a precio de lingote de gramo, mucho mas alto que el valor en el mercado. Supongamos que pagas por mas de un lingote de 50g,ellos te daran solo 39g. Ademas, te hacen pagar una historia que te dicen que es como su gestión, por el seguro etc. Planes lo llaman. Te mienten en el precio antes de comprar, te dicen que te van a dar muchisima mas cantidad de oro, no solo eso, sino que te dicen que te van a dar un 15% mas que lo mas que te podría dar cualquiera en el mercado, pero cuando luego pagas, te dan muchisimo menos de lo que podrías haber obtenido en cualquier tienda de lingotes certificados. Es una estafa de manual. Cuando hablas con ellos, te dicen que esque no se sabe el precio al que va a estar el lingote, porque noseque de dos subasta, cuando saben, que te van a cobrar como si estuvieses comprando lingotitos de 1g desde el principio, sinvergüenzas!!.
No responden a mis correos electrónicos, nunca lo hicieron, cuando hable con una responsable, me colgo el teléfono. Jamás compreis aquí

Una muy buena manera de ahorrar a largo plazo, no esta pensado para ahorrar poco dinero, es transparente y de confianza, como puedes leer en la opiniones los inversores, estan contentos , y las malas reseñas es por que no estan dispuestos a ahorrar a largo plazo o invertir segun que cantidades de dinero, 100% recomendable.

Bin seit 01/2024 Kunde. Gestartet mit "AllStars AF-XL". Dieser wurde durch die "schlechtere" Nutzungsvereinbarung, kurzfristig in "XL-24", mit "6 % Rabatt" bei Kauf geändert.
Dieser sogenannte 6 % Rabatt ist nichts Wert! Jetzt nach über 12 Monaten Haltedauer (Abgeltungssteuer entfällt), wollte ich einige
kg Silber verkaufen. Jetzt wurde mir erst sehr bewußt, das ich mit Auvesta, als Privatkunde, keinen "fairen" Geschäftspartner habe!
Warum?

Beim Verkauf, pro kg Silber, fällt ein unverschämtes (Abzock-) Aufgeld von ca. 240 € (1.650 € vs 1.410 €) an. Das Aufgeld bei Silberbarren im Zollfreilager ist "immer erheblich geringer" als bei direktem physischen Kauf.

Habe sofort alle Empfehlungen im Bekanntenkreis, widerrufen. Das selbe Geschäftsmodell, erheblich optimaler und kundenfreundlicher (Handel & Aufgeld) erhalte ich jetzt beim Anbieter Goldavenue SA.

Sono cliente Auvesta dal 2015 e ho acquistato tramite un piano di accumulo ogni mese grammi di oro, a distanza di dieci anni ho più che raddoppiato il valore del mio oro, l'investimento è di medio lungo termine almeno 5 anni e se il prezzo dell'oro aumenta si guadagna, il deposito costa anche poco rispetto alle banche

Es justo lo que estaba buscado para cuidar y hacer crecer mi Patrimonio de Resguardo. Con una inversion en el plan XL puedo comprar con descuentos significativos, utilizar la herramienta SWITCH PILOT que solo ellos tienen, para comprar y vender entre los metales de manera automática y ademas beneficiarme del retorno del mercado en el tiempo. En mi opinion, si buscas que tu Patrimonio de Resguardo pueda producir mucho de lo que ofrecen los portafolios de inversion conservadora, son la inversión indicada.

I invested with Auvesta after a recommendation from someone I trusted, but after digging into the numbers, I regret it — and I want to warn others.

To open an account, I was charged €400, which they market as a "bonus" — because they credit it back to you in metals. But it’s not a bonus at all. It’s your own money, locked into a high-fee ecosystem. There’s no liquidity, no transparency, and no clear way to exit without losing more money.

Over time, I invested a total of €3,225, including the setup fee. Despite the price of gold being at or near record highs, the market value of my holdings is currently around €2,350 — a staggering €870 loss (~27%). That’s not a bad market call — it’s down to Auvesta’s excessive premiums, vague pricing structure, and opaque spreads.

Their invoices are difficult to follow, they don’t provide clear gram-by-gram pricing history, and the spreads between their buy/sell prices are some of the worst I’ve seen — particularly for silver.

I’ve since researched alternatives, and platforms like BullionVault offer far lower spreads, transparent storage fees, and actual daily market pricing. Auvesta’s model seems designed to make it look like you're saving, when in reality, you’re simply overpaying — and then getting back your own money dressed up as a “gift.”

I take responsibility for trusting blindly, but I strongly urge others to do a proper comparison before putting any money into Auvesta.

If you're serious about precious metals investing, look elsewhere.

Son unos estafadores te dicen que si quieres comprar más baratos tienes que pagar una prima de 2400 euros, la cual no te la devuelven, dicen que tal van devolviendo con las compras, pero es una estafa ya que debes comprar 50.000 euros para que te devuelvan la prima. No se os ocurra comprar con esta empresa estafadora. Al final vamos que tener que llevarlos a los Tribunales de Justicia.

Ich bin bereits seit über 3 Jahren Kunde bei auvesta. Die ersten 3 Jahre habe ich meine Goldreserven lagern lassen. Die Kosten sind meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung. Seit ca einem halben Jahr lagere ich mein Gold privat. Die Lieferung meiner Reserven war innerhalb weniger Tage bei mir angekommen. Auch der Kunden-Support von auvesta bekommt bei mir die volle Punktzahl. Bisher alles sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sono entrato da poco in Auvesta e sinceramente non ho visto nessun rendimento ma solo spese di gestione molto molto alte. Possibile che per tenere in cassaforte un grammo d'oro mi vengano chiesti 600 euro? E poi come si fa a guadagnare se invece sto vedendo il mio grammo erodersi sempre di più?

Es wurde alles so gut und verständlich für mich als Neueinsteiger erklärt,das für mich nicht die Frage besteht ob ich ein Depot eröffne. Einfach nur Klasse👍

The purchase and sale prices for metals are the most expensive on the market. The cheaper the deposit plan, the worse the prices, with a spread of 10-15% between buying and selling. The “Optimum” deposit, for example, costs between €2,500 and €5,000, depending on Auvesta’s various questionable policies. Storage costs are also the highest on the market when compared to competitors.

A more competitive company, BullionVault, which has been on the market longer and is larger, offers much lower purchase prices—you can buy metals at the spot price, and deposits are free. Storage and insurance for gold, for example, cost 0.12% of the stored bullion per year, but no less than $4 per month. They beat Auvesta hands down when it comes to pricing and storage.
