Customer service above and beyond.
After buying a gun on line, which was quick and efficient, I found a slight problem. Nathan contacted me about it and reassured me it would be put right 100%.
I took the two drive to Avalon guns and was met with a welcoming cup of tea and a friendly chat. I not only came away 100% satisfied but the assurance that as a customer I will always be looked after. First class customer service. Five stars +.

I have dealt with/purchased from Avalon…
I have dealt with/purchased from Avalon guns twice now, and both times have been a fantastic, very quick and professional experience. I was very happy with the trade-ins (old for new) and very happy with the speed and efficiency my orders were dealt with by all the staff from Avalon Guns. I don't think that I need to deal with any other Gun shop in the future!
