The best power wash I have ever owned! Just wandering if you have any tips or advice on porcelain tiles that always appear to be muddy

Thank you for your review, Colette!
We’re happy your power washer is working so well.
For outdoor porcelain tiles, a gentle cleaner and a soft brush usually help keep them looking spotless — and don’t forget to register your cleaner for the extended warranty!”
Very good first impressions. Nice, neat design with good storage and accessories. The 12m hose and reel are great. Glad I bought it.

Thank you so much, David!
We're delighted that your first run with the P40 X-Large put a big smile on your face.
Wishing you many smooth and satisfying cleaning sessions ahead!
I have bought the P40. On second use it has just completely stopped working. I am now trying to contact the company as I purchased via the website but it seems difficult to get in touch with customer support. Any support would be welcome.

Purchased primarily for washing car after Karcher failed. Different class.. long hose (which easily rewinds) means washer and hose do not need to move and get tangled, fall over etc. Snow foam attachment for pre-wash and a lovely thick snow foam.. both easily diluted to correct concentrations in calibrated beakers. The short trigger with spray attachment is excellent and produces a great spray pattern for rinsing. Wish I’d got this years ago.
