I ordered lighting from this website to…
I ordered lighting from this website to be shipped to US. They sent email saying I have to deal with customs as it’s not their issue. This company is in Malaysia which I found out after ordering. Why didn’t they tell me before? Their response is you should have read the shipping policy which was hidden somewhere on their website. It’s been more close to 2 months and no response on when I will get my package. I paid through PayPal so I have a case opened with them and it’s taking time. Avoid the headache and don’t shop here. It’s a complete sham web company. Their plan is to get a customer to pay and make them go through hell and milk money if some don’t fight back. Not sure why PayPal is even allowing such companies to use their payment gateway.

SCAMS: Avilora and CJ tracking. I ordered a neck massager and after tens of emails with “customer service”, they tell me due to riots the package is delayed. For three months??? They won’t give a refund and the CJ PACKING tracking is bogus. No address, no up to date info. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
