I walked in planning to spend maybe 10 minutes browsing, but I ended up staying almost 45 minutes because the staff were so helpful. They showed me 3 different options, explained the price differences clearly, and never pressured me once.

So I had only one goal today

So I had only one goal today. I was planning to only go the mall and get shoes for my daughter and I and some Chinese food and leave back for home. But instead of just walking away and kindly declining, I was trapped in a sale and the lady baited me saying your so beautiful and I love your dress how old are you you look so young and just hit me with all the flattery questions and next thing I know I'm sitting in the God damn chair lol I needed up buying the freaking product and started second guessing and regretting my decision. Then when I checked the receipt I swear it was supposed to be on a sale and I don't see a sale price on there and it was also hard to understand her l. She also said it was her birthday 🎈🎂 and she was actually really pretty too

I was approached in Palm Springs

I was approached in Palm Springs, Ca. Very high pressure sale tactics. They put a sking tightener under your eye and try to sell you a system with hand held wand for 14,000. When I declined, he asked if I could afford it and gave me all kinds of guilt trips to convince me to buy. He kept lowering the price. He would NOT let me leave, my husband was waiting and we needed to go to lunch. The salesman acted mad at me, it was such a weird experence. They did talk me into spending 400 on some Vitamin C cream, which I'm sure was a scam as well. I wanted to report them, but couldn't find their store name.

Excellent

Within the first couple of weeks, my skin felt noticeably smoother and more hydrated. The fine lines around my eyes looked softer, and my overall complexion just seemed more refreshed and healthy. What I really love is that the products feel luxurious without being heavy or irritating, which has been an issue for me with other brands.

super

I’m in my late 40s and have tried more skincare products than I can count, but Avinichi honestly surprised me in the best way.

Avinichi- do not buy!

04-04- Tried reaching out again customer service and still no reply. Buyer beware once again!

Avinichi product purchased in Alaska last summer for $550. Product dispenser stopped working in February. Contacted Avinichi several times via email and they tell me to contact the seller in Alaska. The seller is untraceable and Avinichi will not stand behind their product. They completely stopped responding to my last 4 emails asking for a follow up. My request was not to get a free product but ask how I can fix this dispenser problem.

Was taken for a ride by these people in NYC. False advertising got me inside- they offered me a free sample. The free sample turned into them selling me 2 products for $300 + a free voucher for a facial consult. The facial consult takes place in their basement and they kept me there until I agreed to pay. They started by messily covering one side of my face with unknown products and got it all over my hair and my clothes. Then used a device that was supposed to give off heat but I felt nothing. They tried to sell me this device for $12,000. I said it’s out of my budget, I don’t have that kind of money, I’d love to but I can’t. I told her I had an appointment to get to and she would not let me leave the store without paying something. She said for today only I can do it for $5,000. I told her again I don’t have that kind of money. She finally unwillingly agreed to allow me to pay $189 for 1 facial and was nasty to me while taking my payment. This was a bait and switch technique to sell a product that nobody has ever heard of at extremely high prices that made me feel so uncomfortable that I paid them just so I could leave the store. Totally unethical and illegal. If anyone is interested in a class action suit I have the representation ready to go.

“Queen Bee” in Vail

We were in Vail, walking thru the shops when a nice man called out and offered free skincare samples…we should have kept walking! our experience is the same as everyone, high, high pressure sales, all about this amazing product using stem cells to repair damaged, wrinkled skin, which led to a “skin care expert,” applying all this goop on our faces the whole time talking very fast making incredible, unbelievable promises about this product and magic wand. He started at $13,000 for the magic wand and as we refused the price kept coming down, esp if we would give him a 5 star review!! Luckily we got out of there but it was an awful experience! The results they promised looked good for about 2 hours, then it all faded. This is a big scam!

I am an older woman

I am an older woman, and was approached from a mall kiosk to buy this product. The salesperson was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. They tried a cream on my eyes to support their claims. It did help but within 2 hours, was pulling my bottom eyelid down to expose the inner part of my eye. It worked like a glue but was definitely not what they claimed. The initial asking price for this was $480. They continued to drop the price until he pulled a box out of his register saying it was damaged and would I take it for $150, then signed me up for a facial. Are you kidding me! Don’t do it

Avoid the Soap Tree At All Cost

I went to the Northridge Fashion Center on Thursday, hoping for a safe and enjoyable shopping trip. It started pleasantly until I came across this store called the Soap Tree. I didn't want to go inside, but I was strongly pressured to try their products. Then one of the sales reps manipulated me and wouldn't let me leave until I purchased their eye wrinkle-reversal cream. This came out to 275 dollars, which I did not intend to spend at all. It started at 150, and then for another 100 I would get the facial. I was highly pressured into spending money I did not have on this. Then the man tried pressuring me into buying treatments ranging from 6,000 to 20,000. I did not have that kind of money, and he tried every trick in the book to make me pay that kind of money. This left me feeling incredibly depressed, without money for basic necessities and feeling used and manipulated. This business is very shady and is only going to bring a bad taste to the northridge fashion center.

Superb scam star away

I just bought this product in New Orleans, and it's a complete scam, a very well-executed one at that. You can tell it's been carefully planned and perfectly implemented. The young woman who sold me the product is incredibly skilled, but after trying it, I realized it only has a very short-lived effect. The promises they make are outrageous, and when you refuse to buy, she offers you a product with a half-torn box at half price! In short, a superb scam! Stay away!

Unbelievable High Pressure Sales Tactics at An AVINICHI Store in Hong Kong!!

A month ago, we were subjected to unbelievable high pressure sales tactics at an Avinichi store by a senior beauty consultant in Causeway Bay in Hong Kong.

After being ushered into their store, my wife was reluctantly subjected to a long 30 minutes sales session to test and buy this unbelievable new moisturiser cream which supposedly removes baggy skin from eyes, applied by this fancy looking chrome applicator.
It had all seem to work pretty successfully, but whether it was going to be permanent or not we weren't sure.

Then we told that it would cost HK$14,000.
Wow we thought!

Then still being unsure, the price was then reduced down to HK$10,000.
Still unsure, the store manager came out of his office and advised that their best and final price would be HK$8,000......only if we purchase the product there and then.

A eftpos/credit card machine was then brought out to seal the deal.
Gosh.... talk about high pressure sale tactics!

We said that we were still undecided (of course the product still being so expensive}, and that we would wait a day to think about it.

Of course, we never returned to that store the very next day!

Avinichi isn't what it claims to be

While in Vail in July, 2025, I purchased an Avinichi eye cream (Wrinkle Reversal Solution) from Vail Cosmetics / Vail Skin Philosophy. The stores promoted Avinichi as some kind of medical-grade skincare with permanent anti-aging results. The sales pitch was aggressive and manipulative, with claims of dermatologist endorsements and fake urgency (“only today,” “exclusive pricing,” etc.).

After researching the ingredients, I learned the cream only provides temporary effects, not the medical results claimed. Things like silicates, mica, and pigment that only mask lines temporarily. Nothing that supports the permanent ‘wrinkle reversal’ Avinichi and its retailers advertise.

I reached out to Avinichi directly to alert them to the deceptive business practices and false endorsements their retailers are engaging in – which yielded zero results.

After posting factual reviews about my experience and the products, the store owner tried to pressure me into removing them in exchange for a refund, with texts, voicemails, and emails from a dubious “customer service” address, coercing me to remove my reviews.

The Avinichi website markets lofty claims, with no real results or credible proof. The FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance (Dec 2022) requires competent and reliable scientific evidence for claims of structural or lasting effects from marketers, which includes cosmetics. And last I looked, the website listed nearly 2,000 reviews, with 99% of them being 5 star; the other 1% is 4 star. Begs the question of authenticity.

My experience aligns with many other consumer complaints about these same operators under different store names and product labels. Be very cautious. This is not a legitimate luxury skincare brand, but part of a well-documented pattern of scams. I’ve reported the store and Avinichi’s marketing practices to the appropriate consumer and regulatory agencies for review.
