Funds deposited in incorrect account emailed and called and said might could correct this week however first payment is due. Emailed again since was weekend so far no response.

I got a loan with no issues
I got a loan with no issues. I just had to email in a couple of items which I had handy and they emailed me back pretty quickly. I was impressed. Got my loan the next day. Awesome and I didn’t have to speak with nobody

I had to sign documents 3 times
I had to sign documents 3 times. Finally on the 3rd time I was speaking with customer service as we went thru the process. Otherwise I would have been thinking my documents were complete and waiting on funds to hit my bank account.

All positive experiences thus far!
First of all, I'm one of those people where if the credit requirement means that "less than perfect credit" is okay, I probably still don't qualify for it. I've had a number of installment loans in the past, but I have to say that Avio has provided the best (and overall least expensive) option I've seen since my credit was last over a 600.
They pre-qualified me for more than triple what I asked for originally AND didn't change the interest rate when I took only what I originally requested. The interest rate is aialso LESS than half as much as any no-credit installment loan I've EVER seen before.
Basically, it became impossible to even consider any other offer I was seeing as nothing came even close to what Avio offered me. It's only been a couple days now since receiving my funds but so far I'm extremely satisfied with Avio's service & offerings!

I'm so glad that I found Avio Credit. The process was so easy and the terms were easy to understand. Customer service is AWESOME. Money was funded the next day. I would recommend Avio Credit to anyone who just need a little help with unexpected things that life sometimes throw at you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
i give one star since I have no option for a zero star,
I had received an email saying if you have been impacted by COVID 19 to give them a call, I called and they did not had any type of assistant I was not able to skip a payment and the only option was a 5 day extension, like if the city will go back to normal in 5 days, I do not recommend them for any type of loans, they have terrible customer service, if you need a short loan I do recommend OPP LOANS
