AVS Fencing & Landscaping Supplies - Aylesbury Avis 

i've ordered 42 decking boards and during the delivery they looking ok, but when we finalised the subframe and placed the boards we realised 12 of them are totally curved, with holes and impossible to use them. I've emailed AVS asking for a replacement and has been totally ignored.

Ordered 30 deck boards. Arrived on time, the driver dropped them in the front garden before even knocking on the door?!. When I went out he handed the receipt and on his way he goes. I moved them to the back garden. When we started putting the deck down, we noticed some of them are in a bad condition and others have green wax marking and chips. We ended up with 5 boards out of the 30 we ordered un usable as the look realy bad. I tried to clean them without luck. Called AVS and spoke to Jason the assistant manager asking them if they can replace them and sent email with proof pictures. I received response straight away saying this is natural and we can not replace them but we can sell you somemore and deliver. them.
16% of the product is in bad condition. 👎 I bought from Wickes before boards much better quality and when I checked the price they were much cheaper.
Shame on you AVS

I am a retired, single woman who is way out of my depth as far as fencing, gates and trellis is concerned for my garden makeover.
AVS, Aylesbury have been really helpful explaining what I needed and even better, supplying it straightaway for the gardeners to collect.
I cannot fault their efficient and friendly approach. Special mention about one member of staff who cheerfully found a gate for me, in the style I wanted, at the bottom of a huge pile of gates. I am really grateful.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with AVS, primarily due to their lack of communication. It was disheartening to discover that there was absolutely no proactive communication regarding my delivery. I had to take matters into my own hands and call AVS myself just to get any information. This lack of transparency and customer care was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, the quality of many of the decking boards I received was subpar. Numerous boards exhibited varying degrees of cracking on their upper surfaces, indicating poor craftsmanship. Additionally, one of the boards was extensively damaged, which was a significant concern. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company via several emails and online inquiries, accompanied by clear photos of the damaged board, I never received a response offering a replacement or any form of resolution. This lack of accountability and responsiveness from AVS further compounded my disappointment.

Regrettably, this entire experience has left me with a negative impression of AVS. I genuinely doubt whether I will ever consider purchasing from them again. The overall lack of communication, poor quality of the decking boards, and the company's failure to address my concerns have contributed to my decision to look elsewhere for my future needs.

Delivered as advised. Good quality gravel boards. Competitive pricing. Friendly driver. Excellent company, will use again.

The fact that you deliver on the day I requested. You phoned and said it would be thd following week as the hoist was not working. I said I wouldn't be in on the following day until after 3pm and you delivered at 8.30 am, only calling me once outside my property and then you placed the bags where I need to put the gravel, when I said to put it just past the green bush!!

Colour nowhere to what is advertised on site. Company has a poor attitude to complaints. Go elsewhere

Very helpful staff in complying with holding order for pickup by a third party which was truly helpful. Goods are good quality and now job has been completed I am very happy with how the items look.

AVS is the most competitively priced place to buy landscapping material, i always use them for fencing, raised beds and other landscaping jobs.
