Jackie Stoneman at AVS Herriard (Basingstoke) was fantastic, she guided me through my purchase and was really knowledgeable, helpful and physically showed me the options when choosing Granite Setts and the differing artificial turfs.
Nothing was too much trouble and she helped me to set up my business trade account and was able to match and beat pricing I had found online at Travis Perkins.
She came highly recommended by a friend in the landscaping and construction industry sector.
Customer service like this is becoming increasingly more scarce, and Jackie is a credit to the team who have all been really helpful with tips on correct cement mixes, volumes and general friendliness and assistance.
The lorry driver that delivered was incredibly skilled too, reversing in past a poorly parked car to make my delivery as close as he possibly could to my property.

Really helpful staff and delivery drivers at the Basingstoke branch. Delivery was on time, stock delivered was in perfect condition (not like other companies that try their luck and send damaged goods)
