Ordered online and went to collect
Ordered online and went to collect, only to be told that they didn’t stock the decking boards I’d ordered and that it was delivery only…ended up getting different size boards to what I ordered and they were damaged.
Not great.

I am sorry that you have boards you believe are not fit for purpose. I have spoken to the branch and they will replace/refund any damaged boards you wish to return

Useful website
Generally I found the service to be good and the website useful for checking stock. The only odd thing was I placed a click and collect order thinking that would be the speediest way of getting the goods. When I got there I still had to get a printout of the order and get someone in the yard to pick the individual items. Wasn't a major problem but I was using click and collect to ensure the stock was reserved which it obviously wasn't.
