Delivery was on time, the materials were what I ordered and in good condition and the driver carried them to the end of the drive. Perfect.

Ordered 22/09/2021 online. Fence panels were showing as in stock. Delivery time quoted as 7-10 days. It is now 16/10/2021. No delivery, no email with date for delivery either, no text or telephone call. Have had to cancel contractors twice now. Would not recommend.
Edit: fence panels have arrived. An email with proposed delivery date or telephone call in advance of delivery would have been useful

Fencing panels, posts, gravel boards & Postmix all delivered two days after order placed.

Excellent customer service from AVS, excellent quality heavy duty apex shed and easy to assemble. At 10ft X 20ft will provide years of use as an excellent workshop.

The people there are so helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you have what you want. Their deliveries are good and their website wonderful if you do not want to visit.

Understandable delays in obtaining materials but I had to chase twice (after a month) to find out what was happening. Fine once I had made contact and delivery made with agreed substitutions on the day I asked for, but earlier communication would have been appreciated.

A great product and a fast delivery would recommend and use again

I approached AVS when I had been let down by another building supplies company. Wish I had gone to AVS in the first place - Lee at the Bishops Stortford branch was SO helpful and got me out of a jam. Would highly recommend!

All items delivered within the promised time frame. After initial order I was kept informed by email and a progress phone call. Delivery to my front drive went without a hitch. Pleasant experience all round. Only downer is now there's no excuse for not putting up the new fencing doh.
