I bought fence panels online. Really helpful when I rang to request extra info, delivered as arranged and they came back to collect the empty pallet. Panels look sturdy. Price was fair.

AVS were very helpful from my initial e-mail enquiry, visit to their yard and consequent follow up telephone calls. All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions regarding the product I was looking at purchasing. Delivery was on the day specified as was the redelivery of a panel damaged on arrival. My only minor qualm was that I had to phone them on both delivery days to confirm that the delivery was taking place; a courtesy call beforehand would have been appreciated. Overall though happy with AVS - 4.5/5.
The product itself (double slatted fence panel) is poor quality and extremely expensive for what it is. The gaps between the slats are uneven, making it almost impossible to get a paint brush in between. A number of slats were split although by being selective I managed to avoid using some of the panels as I had to cut to fit. However the overall effect now the panels are fitted gives my garden a nice contemporary feel which is what I was after. 3/5 for the panels.

All involved were polite and very helpful. Delivery was quick and the sleepers were suitable for our needs

Panels arrived without any fuss even though i wasn't at home. Have not yet had a chance to fit them. Not anticipating anything untoward.

Ordered some concrete deck posts from here which we are pleased with especially as we couldn't find these anywhere else. Did mean s bit of a drive but we made s dsy of it and loved the rural countryside setting near stansted house smd discovered this place sells everything under the sun to do rith landscaping for the garden and seemed very well stocked with everything and well organised and very tidy and staff were very friendly helpful and welcoming.

High quality products and excellent, responsive customer service as usual. Delivery of my fencing materials was promised for Wednesday, but ran late so I agreed that Thursday was ok as long as it was first thing. In fact, delivery was after 10am so I’ve deducted a star for that as my guys had arrived at 8.30am and were unable to start work.

There seemed to be a miss communication when I came to collect my order. We was stood around in the yard for over an hour waiting. Have also applied for a cash account over 2 months ago and never heard anything back.

ORDERED FENCING MATERIALS.INFORMED THAT COLOUR WAS OUT OF STOCK.AGREED TO ACCEPT COLOUR AVAILABLE. SECOND ORDER CAME ON SAME DELIVERY BUT STILL CHARGED FOR TWO DELIVERIES. INFORMED OFFICE AND WAS TOLD A REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO CREDIT CARD. NO CREDIT RANG AGAIN AND PROMISED MONEY £25 WOULD DEFINITELY BE CREDITED. STILL WAITING.DELIVERY DATE 7TH MARCH 2020

I would have given 5 stars except I had no communications from you regarding my order of decking materials, which arrived unannounced. The order was short (2 bags of postcrete instead of the 6 I ordered) although the shortfall was made good later that day. A duplicate decking material delivery was attempted the following day ???. So, 4 stars because I have used you before for fencing materials. Then, as now, the quality is good.

All products we're as orderd and turned up in good time.
Only down side was there was no communication as to when it was being delivered, had to rely on customer to tell me it was there. Besides that the fencing looks brilliant and customer was very happy.

Would highly recommend AVS for fencing and landscaping supplies.

Easy to order son in law collected good quality stones

One of the items went out of stock when it came to my delivery date . All was sorted within a week or so. Have used them quite a few times recently and have some great offers
