Have been using AVS Henfield for years and can honestly say have never had a problem & nothing is too much too ask. Always helpful, polite, punctual & just a great team. Materials are great quality and deliveries are always on time. Best merchants i have used in 10 years of Fencing.

Brilliant service

Not one to write a review normally but l was so impressed with this company on so many levels that l felt l had to.
I visited the Henfield branch, was impressed with the layout, product displays along with the quality of same. Staff especially Tom could not have been more helpful & accommodating especially re- special delivery requests & also a last minute order change. My order came from a different branch Lewes & Steve could not have been more helpful on the day of delivery. Well done AVS you smashed it.

I don't need to purchase from fencing companies very often, but after the first class service I received from Toni Gander at Henfield, I wish I did! I urgently needed a small amount of timber that I could not find anywhere else and Toni confirmed they didnt have it in stock but to leave it with her and she would see what she could do. She rang me back and I missed her call. She left a message saying not to worry about calling back as she was going on her break but she would call me when she got back - which she did. She had arranged for the pieces I needed to be cut there and then and to be delivered on time for when I needed and gave a very reasonable delivery cost to Brighton. It was really a lifesaver as my father was flying over from NI for the weekend specially to help and because we had the materials we now have a lovely fence 😊

A massive thanks to the delivery driver Gary from the Henfield branch, I'd made a mistake on my order and he called back to base, got it sorted, and went directly there and came back with the correct items, excellent customer service, we'll be using AVS again!!

I ordered sleepers for click and collect and they were ready within 10 mins, nothing was to much trouble

Couldn’t be more pleased with the help, advice and service we received from AVS Henfield. Every member of staff we had contact with was so knowledgeable about the products and so approachable to talk with queries and questions. Wanted to especially mention Toni Gardner who helped us enormously through the process of designing and ordering our fence panels.
Also when the order was delivered on time to our address, Gary, the delivery driver, called ahead to let us know he was enroute. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending AVS. Thank you .
