Delivery and driver were excellent. Would have had 5 stars if there had been more communication over day and time of delivery

A friendly delivery person who wasted no time but was careful and considerate delivering us exactly what had been ordered - always good quality wood.

ordered roof batten 40 % of them was very bad ,knots everywhere,when lifting just broke in 3 places.send pictures to manager assistant no reply yet!!!jus paid my money for garbage

Fence panels finally arrived after a couple of months wait, due to the shortage of wood. Ordering on line is easy providing you know what size panels you need. The delivery arrived with a phone call from the driver telling me how long it would be before he got to the address. Very pleasant man, helpful and put the panels (8 of them) exactly where I asked him to. No issues with delivery plenty of room to park is lorry and unload. All an easy process.

Really good service and materials first rate, just one little moan if it needs one and that is I could have done with a reminder informing of the day it was being delivered, they just turned up and 5 minutes later I would have been out.

I ordered on line fence posts no one rang to confirm order accepted i rang branch to check were available to collect worked arrived to be sent away as no stock i rang back changed order to different size and collected no refund for cheaper product appalling service

Order 20 deck boards at 4.2m long but when delivered they sent me out longer boards 4.8m that’s what they had instead Which was nice and the delivery man was excellent he took them of the lorry and put them down the side of my house 👍😊
