This worked really well: planned job and measured up one day, received confirmation of order and availability at local collection point a few hours later and collected fence post the next day.

My last order had not worked out so well, but a little nervously I gave AVS another chance, and now systems seem to be working well.

I don't normally leave reviews but thought I would of this occasion as I was in 2 minds weather to order from these guys after reading some of the feedback mainly communication issues but went ahead anyway. I ordered on the Sunday evening online received an email Monday morning confirming order and again on Tuesday letting me know delivery was that coming Friday. Delivery driver was very Professional and qas very happy to put pallet of gravel board where i wanted them to go . If i had to find a negative it would be that I didn't receive a text message on the Friday morning to let me know if delivery was an AM or Pm slot which would of been nice to know apart from that i would definitely use this company again x

Great service - not only were the fence panels I ordered better value than anywhere else online but delivery was quick and Andy who delivered was so kind stacking the panels on my driveway so that I could still get my car on. Thank you AVS

Order was delivered ahead of schedule. Extra bags were supplied for two split bags. Good customer communication and polite helpful delivery driver.

I read all the review and I must be honest was a bit dubious in ordering, but as the good outweighed the bad I went ahead.
The ordering process was really easy, I received an email straight away. a few days had passed & I sent an email asking if I would be contacted and told when I would be getting my stuff and asked if my items could be delivered on certain days as I was off, this email wasn't replied to, I left it to the week I had a few days off & phoned the the number on my email, spoke to a nice man who gave me a number for the area branch my stuff was coming from (Wokingham), I spoke to again a very nice man, he told me my stuff was coming the next day, which was great for me as I was off, but makes me think if I hadn't of rung would I of known when they were going to deliver, I did get a text to say the driver was on its way out no other info of how long or roughly what time, so I had to wait around for about 2hrs from the text message.
On arrival of my goods the driver was very helpful, put my items where I wanted them.
All in all a smooth process, it would of been 5*** but for the lack of communication in the first instance with regard to the email I sent, and the lack of time frame of when my delivery was going to arrive (if you have a day to kill this would be no problem)
The products are to a high standard, all came properly secured, would I buy from again YES!!!! BUT but knowing what I know now i'd give myself additional time to receive my goods & I would definitely ring to enquire about my good being delivered and not wait for them to get in contact
