RUN AWAY !!
It's been one and a half year since i'm waiting for my order.. story : i live in belgium, the order from USA and they choose an idependant deliver service for my package.
The track number service said that the deliver try to deliver me the order. I was in my house that day : nobody knock the door or ring the bell.
That day (still with the tracking number) i saw that the package wasn't give to the postal service of the city (wich is normally the solution case when the citizen isn't at home when a deliver service come... remember : wich i was !) BUT sending back to the USA... Did you see the absurdity of this ? They didn't even try to come again or give to the belgium postal service (wich is a state service so base on trust basically).
Resume from tehir side : They send (i pay the taxes and the deliver for the travel) => they "come" => they send it back.
Now, i still see on the tracking number (1 1/2 year after..) that the package is keeping in a postal service in a random city in USA since 1 year (why specially there ? i don't know but suddenly the deliver service decide to give it to a state service , so : WHY NOT IN THE POSTAL SERVICE OF THE RECEIVER ????)..
After seeing this, some mails of complaining begins and they let me choose with 2 options :
1) to pay again for the deliver service
2) Ask a refund

I choose the option 2). wich is : the refund. I give them all informations for this and since that answer by mail, nothing happen. i send back 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 mails to ask where the refund is.. NO ANSWER. I just lost money

Sad to see them going bankrupt but…

Sad to see them going bankrupt but extremely disappointed in them not announcing it anywhere on their websites. Do not put an order in, you will not see your money back and no one will contact you back to let you know until you come here and realize they're not a functioning company anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I placed my order August 27th, and was confused when by September 8th I still hadn't gotten any updates on it; I remembered their turnaround time as surprisingly fast when I last ordered. I tried to check in with them but they didn't respond. I thought, well, I'll check in on their twitter to see if they've shared any status updates lately, maybe some kind of weather event I don't know about is going on or something... and then what I found out was that the company has gone out of business and is still taking but not actually fulfilling orders, ignoring all contact from customers and refusing to give refunds. Do NOT do business with this company. If you already gave them money, file a dispute with your bank or card company and then complain to the Better Business Bureau and FTC about them. They need to be forced to stop scamming and pay up.

I ordered 200 cards on 6/08 but have…

I ordered 200 cards on 6/08 but have not received my order as yet. I had to follow up twice for a tracking number, which I never got even though the response each time was, "your order will be shipped soon". Save your self the hassle and dont order from this company. No one picks up the phone and even though they specify a delivery time frame, they dont honor that time frame and expect you to wait.

Overdue order, Shady service...

I have been waiting on an order for almost a month with no updates from the company. Turn around time for the item was 10 days. When I contact customer service they always say the order is ready to go and should ship out in a couple days. This is obviously just what they say as one of the times they didnt even ask for my order number. I was willing to wait for the product but not be lied to about the status.
