Excellent communication, they special ordered my product when out of stock and called as soon as it arrived, it was then sent out next day free of charge.

Great price. Arrived on time.
Items were in the sale so saved over £100 compared to local department store. Items arrived on time and are exactly as described. My only comment is that the outer packaging needs to be sturdier. All corners were damaged and there was a gouge out of one side. One internal packet was subsequently damaged but goods inside were fine.

Good customer service, great products
Good customer service - couple of items I had were on pre-order and they emailed to ask if I'd be happy for my full order to be dispatched together.
It came in on expected dates and was dispatched straight away with next day delivery.
So so pleased with the Joie parcel pram and ilevel car seat! Perfect for baby's arrival. Thank you.

Little Green Sheep cot mattress
Ordered a Little Green Sheep cot mattress from their website, received a confirmation of my order via email. Then two days later they cancelled my order stating the price was incorrect! Awful customer service

Thank you for your time in writing this review, we welcome all feedback. We do apologise for the incorrect price. There was a recent offer on Little Green Sheep mattresses which had ended recently and our website hadn't updated to the RRP. The reason behind the two day wait was to get confirmation from the supplier as to whether there would be an upcoming offer for this mattress. Unfortunately, there isn't an offer upcoming and so we're unable to fulfill the order at the advertised price. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

We're sorry to read this review. Sincere apologies for this not arriving on time. We had created the shipment and tracking details were emailed accross to you once your order had been shipped. Unfortunately, this order wasn't collected by our courier and was left in our warehouse. We did however despatch this on Monday 17th February on a next working day delivery following your communcation during the weekend and can see this was delivered on Tuesday 18th February. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Babynest is an amazing business
Babynest is an amazing business, that never fails on delivery or customer service (even called me once to tell me based on a previous order I'd probably ordered the wrong high chair piece) and they're almost always the best price.
Ordered a child's car seat for next day.... It arrived next day. £10 cheaper than anywhere else even with the extra for next day delivery.
