Placed an order for a sleepyhead, was sent an email the following day saying dispatch was delayed but I could expect it mid week the following week. Waited until the Friday, nothing. Emailed. Emailed again chasing. Finally heard back after two weeks to say they would cancel the order and refund me after I bought one elsewhere. They then dispatched the product (almost a month after ordering), it was delivered (in terrible packaging) and haven’t collected it so who knows if I’ll ever get that refund.

Shocking company. Oh and no phone line so email only but they take weeks to respond.

I paid for an item through baby planet at a UK baby show on the 1st March 2020 and still have not received my goods. If you don’t have the item with you don’t pay for it with baby planet. I have requested a refund 3 times and still not had a response back. I have now had to fork out for the product direct from the manufacturer as my baby is due soon. The customer service is terrible and am still trying to get my money back. Don’t know why the baby show even use this company it’s so rubbish!

Shocking company, took £850 pound and still no item delivered, raising a dispute with paypal as they are not responding to emails! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Appalling service and no customer care! Be warned, don’t be fulled this is a decent company! I ordered a pram bundle well over a month ago and only after chasing numerous times I’m told the pram is not in stock until June at least! For weeks I’m trying to get my money back with no success. No communication, no customer care. Apparently they should have told me when I bought but they never did, they took my money and now they don’t bother responding... I’m so appalled they treat pregnant women like this in the current environment, they could have communicated product is not available hence I can deal with it. Or at least take a prompt action to refund my order of over 1000£. This company is the worst I’ve ever seen, truly ..

We used the Mansfield store for our travel system and essential bits for our baby. The service was amazing, all the staff were super helpful and took the time to talk us through everything. It’s our first child so we were a bit lost when it came to buying our pram, so it was great to have their help and guidance. Definitely recommend this store, they are fab!

I can honestly say that when it comes to all things baby there really isn’t anywhere I’d rather go to!

When we first came in and was served by Shelby in the Mansfield store she was extremely patient with us. She demonstrated numerous different models showing us how it works and expanding the features and benefits of each one.

Finally we came to a decision to buy our pushchair and she made the whole buying process as easy as possible. Offering us the option of flexible payment as well meaning there’s no stress of paying for it all on the same day.

Once it arrived we were notified that it would be help for as long as required which was great as we didn’t have to rush out to collect and pay.

5 stars doesn’t really give the Mansfield store and Shelby any justice!!

Although we may not require the store in the future personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to visit the store. You’ll be greatly looked after!

We had a great experience at baby planet based in Mansfield, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and nothing we asked was too much trouble for the staff, Angela the staff member that helped us was friendly and very experience in her field. They where very happy to show the features of all the pushchairs we viewed, I would highly recommend getting your pushchair from this shop, Very satisfied customers.

Every time we have been in store, every single member of staff greets us walmly. Each are extremely knowledgable and the store have made us feel comfortable and confident in the price and the products. No pushy sales and great, fast service when an item has not been in stock. Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough

Pleased with how quick delivery was. However, our pram had a mark on it which I have emailed customer service about and have had no reply as of yet. Aftercare customer service could be better.

Really friendly helpful service from the staff at Baby Planet Derby. It can be quite daunting choosing the right things for your first baby but the staff at baby planet really helped me and my partner. Quick delivery times also!!! Would definitely recommend Baby Planet in Derby.
