Excellent customer service, had a slight order issue (not the shops fault, "but their warehouse) and was quickly soon resolved by once again a very knowledge customer service team

Purchased a pushchair a couple of months ago, the store in Sutton kept my order until I was ready to collect. Nothing too much trouble.

We recently purchased our pushchair bundle, car seat and nursery furniture from the company from Bristols at Sutton in Ashfield. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Amazing service at Bristol early days Mansfield all the staff was very friendly and helpful, they always kept me in the loop of when the items came into store, they hold onto your items till you need them, which I found very handy, I’d highly recommend them.

Amazing service and the staff have good knowledge about all the goods in store. Friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from Bristols at Sutton In Ashfield. Very helpful with demonstrating any travel systems i wanted to look at and explaining everything about them. With Covid and lockdown it didn't leave me long to get everything and they were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble especially coming for more than one visit. Extremely quick delivery too. Highly reccommend this store and thankyou so much to Angela 🙂

Baby planet have been fantastic helping us with all our baby needs. I have looked everywhere and not found service and knowledge to this standard anywhere else. Stuart has been so patient and listened to everything we said we needed and wanted. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!

I suspect this company is fraudulent. Taken payment immediately, but they are late on delivery and are not responding to communication.

Don't buy from here, I bought a £200 chest of baby changing drawers and no one answering the phone, or emailed with a confirmation of the order.

Product dispatched 4 weeks late. Communication poor as was not informed of status and had to keep checking up.

Looking over the reviews for this site after I had ordered my pram, I was very sceptical. However less than 48hours after ordering the 5 piece travel system, it was at my door. No damages to the box and the pram is in excellent condition as far as I’m aware from looking in the box (not taken out the box as too early) Exactly what I had ordered. Definitely recommend this site, I had no issues at all. It was delivered exactly on the time given by the courier!

I ordered a travel system pushchair which was £400 ( so not cheap !) I was sent the wrong colour which I accepted graciously amongst a pandemic I appreciated the company would be stretched.

I phoned to speak to someone after 3 phone calls and a 2.5 hour wait a date was arranged for re delivery of the correct product and collection of the incorrect product. I booked a day off work waited in all day and guess what no one came !!

After a further two phone calls and another 2 hours on hold today I have again had to arrange a new date for delivery and collection . Half hearted apologies along the way.

The stress whilst pregnant honestly is not worth it !!! Avoid online orders and look somewhere else ! I won’t be buying from baby planet again.

Absolutely disgusting company! I purchased a Snuzpod with accessories on the 28/11/2020 well within time of my due date & received an email shortly afterwards to say they wouldn’t be back in stock until mid Jan. As it was a Black Friday deal I thought I’d wait.. got round to mid Jan & nothing so emailed again to ask for an update. The email said it was due that week and I would receive it the next working day. Three weeks on from that I have just been completely ignored! No replies, no updates, no answers?! I have called no one picks up the phone? I have emailed no one replies! I am so sick of having to try and hassle this company I just want my money back so I can re order in time for my baby’s due date. I have NEVER had such an ignorance from a company they should be ashamed of themselves stressing out expectant parents & customers. AVOID!!!!!

Mu husband and I ordered furniture for our baby's nursery back on the 11th November 2020 (our baby is due 8th March so we were being nice and organised). We pre-ordered and the delivery said 'end of January' which suited us fine. On 24th January I had an email saying that there was a slight delay and could the furniture be delivered on 8th February. I was a little disappointed as on their website is states they take pride in their accurate delivery dates and that they deliver on time but let this slide and arranged to have our furniture delivered on Monday 8th February. On Tuesday 2nd February I received another email to say that there has been a further delay to the order and that it cannot be delivered until the 5th May. I found this completely unacceptable. Our baby is due on 5th March so having furniture delivered in May is simple not possible and my husband and I both felt that asking customers to wait 6 MONTHS for their order is disgusting. My husband and I are now left 5 weeks before our baby is due to buy new nursery furniture after leaving us no choice but to have to cancel our order with BabyPlanet. I had asked that due to the high levels of stress this had caused myself and my husband so close to our baby's due date that some compensation be offered, however, this was denied.
Will never be recommending to a friend, disgusting customer service and feel thoroughly disappointed and let down.
