Bakers Dolphin Avis 

Well organised trip to Austria. I felt the driver and hostess made every effort to ensure the journey was comfortable and timely. The Gold coach was luxurious with free wifi and drinks provided. Regular comfort stops were made and overall the itinerary was well thought through. Our main tour hotel the Bon Alpina was welcoming, authentic and comfortable offering decent size rooms and facilities and good food.

The coach and driver were fine. The hotel was not what I expected. I had asked for a walk in shower however the step up into it was about 12 inches high and as I find lifting my legs up because of a spinal condition it was very difficult. There was no 3 pin socket by the bed so they provided an extension lead for my cpap machine. This meant a long trailing lead across the floor and a serious trip hazard. The hotel was very run down and the floor in the corridor was very uneven and a bit like being on a rollercoaster. The food was mediocre to say the least. The lifts were tiny and made a lot of strange noises. Writing this on the first night here. Hoping the trips out will be good during the week but don't hold out much hope for an improvement at the hotel.

Booked a day trip in late 2025 for September 2026.
3 days before the day out , I received a telephone call to tell me the trip had been cancelled due to lack of take up.
Second time this has happened as the same happened in 2024 when I booked a day visit to Crufts with them .

Just wanted to give a 5 star shout out to the security guys Tom & Dave, who helped me find my phone that been left on a coach a day or so earlier. They searched the coach, made a number of phone calls and we eventually located it! All out of hours, and they were so patient and helpful. Thank you!

Went on a trip to Kew Gardens (gold coach) at the weekend - I havent done such a trip previously (I usually travel solo and drive myself) but was absolutely delighted that I had chosen to do this trip via Baker Dolphin.

Lovely comfortable coach, great itinerary and Lou, Reece and Silvie couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant . It was a really really lovely trip and will definitely being booking more.

We had a great theatre trip London with Baker Dolphin. Our drivers Caitlyn and Hugh were fabulous! They were professional, caring, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely people. They kept us all up-to-date with potential traffic delays on our journey and tried to find alternative routes. They were interested in our well-being and comfort. We couldn't have asked for a better team!
