Balfe Bike in Kingston - Great experience
Great experience with Balfe Bike in Kingston. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Ordering through the Cycle2Work scheme was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Roval C38 wheelset
Have only done 50km to test them out but very impressed so far. Balfe’s Bikes had them for a good price so happy to support my local bike shop. They came into the Kingston shop a day earlier than expected. Very happy with the service and wheels.

Helpful and understanding
Unfortunately the components that I bought were unsuitable for my bike but the staff at Balfe’s Kingston store were very helpful and understanding about my return and refund. No complaints and very helpful. I would recommend Balfe’s and will probably use services in the future.
