Disappointed
Whilst the home fragrance and hand wash were as delightful as ever I was very disappointed in the tote bag that I purchased.
It was not the quality shown on the photos online. The internal pocket was stitched down and the stitching was visible on the outside. It was also marked.
Whilst I could return it for free my postage wasn’t refunded and I am still waiting for my refund.

Gorgeous products that were a treat to myself! They were wrapped beautifully and arrived promptly. I was replacing my favourite body cream that lasted ages and still smelt like the day I bought it.

I had a dreadful delivery experience…
I had a dreadful delivery experience and was offered a 25% discount off my next order. When I tried to use the discount code it was only for full price items and I had a mixture of sale and full price items in my basket. I had not been informed the discount voucher was for full price items only. By the time I was informed of this the sale had ended so I had no opportunity to buy sale items. I suggested that any sale item would be acceptable compensation instead . This suggestion was rejected. I’m afraid I’ve had it with Bamford and will not be ordering from them again.
