I recently left a 1 star review regarding a part Bamfords ordered on my behalf . It turns out that the review I left was not the Fault of Bamfors but the fault of a supplier who repeatly said the part waould arrive at the end of each week but never arrived. Finally when the part part arrived yesterday it was wrong and did not fit . Once again the fault of the supplier not Bamfords . I visited the shop again today and they resolved the issue to my entire satisfaction . Bamfords could not have been more helful , they were great , hence my previous review can be ignored and my rating is now 5 stars.

Great products. However …. I repeat my comments from other reviews, there is just too much packaging, an enormous amount. I’m at the point of making no further purchases from this company who claim to be environmentally friendly.

Beautiful, fresh Geranium Body wash, only thing that wakes me up in the morning.

This is the first summer I have not had dry, cracked heels after continually wearing sandals. Bamford body lotion is a brilliant product, cannot recommend it enough. I was fortunate enough to have been gifted with this for Christmas, such a brilliant find. Thank you Bamford.

I had the utmost difficulty reaching a live person. I rang numerous Bamford numbers and they all, after promising to connect me to a person, directed me to Bamford.com. Since I couldn’t make the web-site for returns work this was no help at all. under one of the compulsory entries it kept telling me dots were not allowed but I could not see any dots at all. I was almost in tears at being unable to reach a person and get help. Finally I got Casey at Bamford headquarters who was wonderfully helpful and organised collection of the dress ( which is beautiful but sadly swamped me)
. Customers should be able to reach a person for help much more easily
