Customer service when ordering online is so good. I got my delivery address wrong and they fixed it instantly, amazing bracelets I’ve been getting so many compliments, super fast delivery, I couldn’t belive my eyes when I saw it was badly reviewed when going to write this, honestly one of the best places I’ve ever online shopped at.

Be weary of businesses that are not in Australia. The .com business can be doggy and I have had experience with other websites. They are not able to be contacted or traced. It’s the way they operate.

I purchased three bracelets and one broke within a few weeks. I took pictures and mailed the company. Silence from the company. I sent a second email, again with photos, requesting we discuss a replacement. I’ve never heard from them. Although the bracelets are very pretty, customer service is VERY POOR. I won’t be supporting this company. Beware!

Bracelet broke on day one. Contacted support who were very helpful and promised to send another one asap. Replacement never arrived. Contacted them again. No reply. Contacted them again, they apologised again and said replacement would be on its way asap. STILL NO REPLACEMENT. This is a total scam and low quality jewellery.

Received an incorrect order before Christmas, after numerous unreturned emails and messages on their social media channels I've finally given up and resorted to this! Such a shame as I used to love shopping with them. Never again.

Have placed an order, paid express post to ensure Christmas gifting time period.
Delivered goods were missing items ordered and paid for.
Emailed same day of delivery with photos etc. nil response. Followed up with more emails. Nil response. No phone number listed to contact. Effectively taken my money, and not delivered as ordered. Disappointed ++ and for a company that “claims” to be ethical and supportive of environment- not very ethical with their business dealings…
I would just appreciate delivery of what I ordered and paid for!

I have been trying to communicate with Bands of Couage for over a month to get a refund for a returned Bracelet, but as they have no phone number and fail to return emails it is impossible to get any satisfaction. I have resorted to lodging a complaint with PayPal as a last resort. My recommendation would be to not deal with this company, which is a shame as their jewellery is special.

I purchased a pair of earrings, Les Petites earrings and stacks last Monday
16/9/2024 from the Manly store.
I took the earrings home and one was faulty.
I understand these things happen.
I have sent two emails, first email on the actual evening of purchase and the second on Fri the 20th. Also one on line chat message with no response.
Totally ghosted.
Also no phone number anywhere to be found.
Just not good enough.

My daughter who lives overseas surprised me with the koala collection because we both love all animals & care deeply for the planet. What an amazing concept, planting trees to fight climate change & its effect on habitat. Beautifully presented with an explanation on each of the animals selected. And even more were the bracelets. Exotic but simple. I will treasure them forever. Highly recommend as gifts or for yourself.

I was gifted one one of these beautiful bracelets and have worn it every day for more than 7 months (shower, swim - everything!!). I ordered 2 for a gift to be sent to a foreign country and they are great at keeping me up to date, reasonable communication and friendly transactions. Great company to deal with. Beautiful product !!

Beautiful pieces and beautifully made. I bought one bracelet to support dolphins in Mexico which are endangered and purchased another soon after receiving it to support the cause again.

The company supports environmental issues as well.
