Have stopped printing anything through this company due to poor quality and appalling customer service when trying to resolve issues. Most recent item not printed to spec and with no proof was provided. Ordered with a premium delivery service which arrived the week after it was supposed to. Product is unusable and arrived too late for the intended event but they refused to either reprint the item to the correct spec or provide a refund.

Awful service. I made my initial order 3 weeks ago and their design team was so painfully slow. They completely ruined a significant fundraiser for a charity event due to not getting the items designed on time. Numerous clear instructions given and each time given a different designer, losing communication along the way. I had to repeat myself several times with instructions losing days just in that. Despite several promises to get the product to me this week, I now see an email that says I won’t get it until end of next week. As a result, they’ve ruined a second fundraiser and one of the significant events my county has ever had.
Another note, which is just laughable, they knew full well I paid extra for priority shipping, and they asked me for two days if I was happy to process the order!! Two days! When I already approved the order.
Awful company and can’t recommend them.
Their website claims they have great review but that’s not what I see here on Trustpilot, and now I understand why,

Awful. Paid for fast delivery. 1 week after guaranteed delivery date, item still hasn’t been delivered and we didn’t have it for the event as required.
Tried phoning their call centre several times. Got through once and they said the banner would be with me in 2 days. It wasn’t.
Every other time I’ve been on hold until the call centre hangs up. This business should be stopped from trading.

They need to update their processes to check details on Companies House for Community Interest Companies and not expect the same details for American organisations

Do not buy from this company. Absolute disaster from start to finish.
I placed an order for 7 items on March 4 and specifically confirmed with customer service that everything would arrive on time. I was clearly told it would be delivered by March 19. I approved all artwork by March 5, so there was zero delay on my end.
Then on March 13, they suddenly called to say the delivery would be pushed to March 27, which is completely useless since my tradeshow is before that. After pushing back, I was told I could upgrade to priority shipping and receive everything by March 20. I paid an additional $700 for that upgrade.
Today is March 16, and now they’re telling me it will STILL arrive on March 27. So what exactly did I pay $700 for?
To make things worse, I’ve had to call them five separate times just to get updates, and every time I get a different answer. At one point, I was even told the order was put on hold again, even though it should have shipped days ago.
This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely lacks accountability. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then charge you extra for services they don’t even fulfill.
Avoid at all costs if you care about timelines or actually receiving your order when promised.

Awful customer response times using automations and flimsy packaging meaning the product was unusuable
I waited 6 weeks after going back and forth with robot once it finally came what I got was a cheap flimsy sticker with colour bleed on it and as it was packed so poorly already had white streaks and creases on it
This was supposed to be at my front entrance and it’s unsuitable

I don't normally review services but feel I need to give out a word of warning having exhausted the Customer Service route. This isn't about the slightly delayed delivery being not what I expected nor th e fact that ordering a double sided flag means it has 3 layers of fabric and is really too heavy to actually fly, but about the fact that the artwork I supplied came back with a strong blue cast. The colour was wrong simply - the white field in which the artwork sat was distinctly blue and the blue image in the middle visibly bled into it. Customer Services have suggested that this is due to the effect of the grey liner. I'm not sure if they know much about colour light and printing but have maybe been told to not offer to correct this or give a refund. I am a professional artist and used to printers being conscientious and careful and quick to rectify problems. The Customer Support has been chaotic and my complaint has been automatically cancelled three times now. Finally as a gesture of goodwill (hmmm) they offered my 30% discount on reprinting... Given the fault is entirely theirs and that they have been supplied with good visual evidence that includes the visible bleed of colour this will doesn't seem that good. They may be fine if all goes well, but to even send out a poor product like this that instantly screams its difference from the original artwork seems indicative. So unless you are OK with poor colour reproduction and happy to know you will not be supported when you are dissatisfied or they make a mistake I suggest you look elsewhere. Also beware if you order a double-sided flag that it comprises three layers of fabric (they do state the gsm of the fabric but not that they add the liner so you might still expect it to be reasonably light so it actually flies) It's pretty heavy - for me, it won't fly unless in a strong wind and that might be a problem for you too. In a way I don't want to fly it anyway because it is the wrong colour. You have been warned.

Ordered a square window frosting with central image, advised this needed to be a different product type and the proof appeared square on screen so confirmed the order. Item has arrived and is now a much smaller cut out of the design which will not cover the intended space. Reply from customer service states this is what I agreed which is not true. If I needed a different product then fine but they should have explained that this would alter the sizing. Especially as price is based on sizing.

Asked for a specific template from Bannerbuzz. Did not receive it. Uploaded files as best I could without their template, received error messages that my files needed to be altered by their printer... which makes sense. Asked for template again, so to design within the company's parameters. No template sent. A few days pass and then a template is sent to me... rejoice. I redesign files within their parameters and send back.
Over the next two weeks, three different people from the company ask when I will send files, clearly coworkers are not talking to each other. They send three separate email messages stating, "We are currently facing a temporary technical issue on our end, which has impacted our ability to receive and respond to emails in a timely manner." That's a stall tactic, I know it well.
It's now been almost a month since starting this project and still no proofs with bleeds in templates they eventually provided. Each time I respond to a rep, I get that same "temporary technical issue" message from a heartfelt human.
Heartfelt doesn't get my print job done. I've asked for a refund via two separate people there (as well as my actual order on their website).

Initially was fine but had to change part of the design, was clear designers did not understand what was put and then went in an endless loop
Since been promised a refund confirmation within 4-6 hours 4 times and instead just keep getting people wanting to book designers in for me even though it would be after my event now
Avoid I am afraid, would have continued to use them but the constant being told I will be refunded and then getting something else is not good.

scam. I ordered rush delivery and the delivery cost was £34 plus I paid an extra £11.99 for end to end service. Not only was the item not delivered, their website claims it has been delivered but if your follow the UPS tracking it says it’s still in India. Customer service team seems to be a copy and paste response that never answers the question you’ve asked. Scam

Just terrible. Everything seemed to be going fine with my order. When they sent me the final proof they had added a weird transparent grey box over part of my design. I tried to explain this to them but it looks like their design team is outsourced to India and they simply couldn't understand what I was saying so everything ground to a halt. Also received completley innapropriate responses to my emails indicating either they hadn't been read properly or the person responding simply didn't understand English. Just a complete waste of time. Avoid.

Never having ordered printed media before I used this company as it seemed easy. I got a deck of collector cards, and upon receipt the artwork had been shrank to the middle of the card. When I raised a complaint I was directed to the fact that I had apparently approved a thumbnail sized mock up and they now refuse to lift a finger to assist me. Money wasted, cards in the bin.

If I could give them zero I would , worst company to deal with , ordered from them early November and still waiting for my order , chased many times and was told to order again if I wanted it but would need to pay again , would 100 % not recommend them to my worst enemy let alone friends and family, not often I write a bad review but in this instance they totally deserve it .

I bought from them before checking reviews. (yes yes i know) but to be honest, they really seem like they're trying to improve their customer service. they were great at redesigning my sticker so they could print it and took feedback well. it is a few days late but as it's for personal use it doesnt matter for me. i'd say the fake address is because of the discrimination indians face although no guarantee. it's due tommorrow and i'll update on wether its genuine or not.

I Ordered a banner, paid quick ship £34 for delivery on Wednesday to get by Friday.
But it came on Monday mid day.
I asked refund the delivery fee at 8th of Nov 2025, but never never never refund me.
I emailed and call to the customer service many times , and the Indian lady said will be back to my bank account.
But until today, I didn't get it.
I can see the same problem with other customers.
That means the company is Scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't waste the time to order from this company.
