​I cannot recommend BaoHost, even as a free service. While offering free hosting is commendable, the complete disregard for user data and basic support makes it entirely unreliable.
​Here is what you need to know:
​Instant Permanent Suspensions: Accounts are permanently banned without warning due to automated flags, such as an active background VPN.
​Non-Functional Appeals: Although an appeal system exists, there are no known cases of anyone ever being unbanned through it at least none that I have seen in their Discord community. This is especially frustrating regarding VPN bans. The creator clearly understands how VPNs work and that accidental connections happen, even adding site-level blocks designed to prevent access while a VPN is active. However, if your VPN happens to bypass that initial protection measure, your account gets permanently banned anyway, making appeals completely pointless. I am far from the only person who ran into this issue.
​No Access to Backups: If your account is flagged, you are denied any opportunity to download your server files or world progress. All the hard work put in by you and your friends is wiped instantly.
​Dismissive Support: Instead of addressing valid concerns about data retrieval or appeal transparency, the administration hides behind "it's a charity" excuses, ignores constructive feedback, and mocks users.
​A hosting service should respect the time and effort people put into their servers. If you value your world files and want a platform with actual working support, look elsewhere.

Honestly Baohosting is a good hosting website but if you are suspended for some reason they will take more time than you expect and almost everytime when i need help my staf members cant create a bao hosting account because sign ups are ALWAYS CLOSED so please bao hosting do things quicker and give people chances not just suspend suspend and suspend and if you break their rules it will take like 3 hours to get suspended and i asked their staff members when i will get un suspended they said FOREVER so now im planning on using a different hosting website
