Bargainbuddy Avis 

The goods were of low value, did not represent anything close to value for money. The goods were also poorly packaged and some were damages while others were out of date

I have raised a complaint on the Bargainbuddy website and have followed up their failure to respond to my dissatisfaction as they have failed to acknowledge my concerns and haven’t sent the requested returns label back so that I can obtain a refund.. I have made it clear if the fail to respond again, I will effect a chargeback

Purchased an energy drinks mystery bundle through Wowcher.
Ended up costing over £20 with delivery for something that was never dispatched.
Emailed a number of times. No response.
Had to do a bank dispute. I have evidence they never dispatched it and they still have the audacity to refute the bank charge back. Scam company.

Purchased via a £2.50 Wowcher which ended up costing £23 for a supposed £40 worth of stuff. Delivered in 3 days, not bad. Contents of box wasnt worth £23 even though they said I would get £40 worth of stuff. Goods in the box were all really rubish foods which you would never give to a child, and I will be throwing it all away. Total waste of money.

I fell for it too without reading the reviews. I thought it was legitimate as I bought the voucher through wowcher. Purchased on 27th Feb and it’s now 28th March. Three emails and no response from them.

Ordered it with a Wowcher with as stated 20 items and worth £40. I only received 17 items. I paid £20 for it and the items inside were nowhere near even worth that! Of of the items has a pot of macaroni cheese and that had exploded everywhere all over everything . Wish I'd read the reviews before buying! What an absolute waste of money! AVOID!

I bought a voucher from Wowcher and then paid Bargain Buddy. I tried checking with Yodel and they had the package but nothing further. I emails BB with no reply and now the tracking number does not work and they won't reply to my emails. I had assumed that Wowcher would only deal with reputable companies but I was wrong. Now have to ask the bank to refund both.

I am still waiting for my Bargain boxes to arrive and they are ignoring emails. Absolute disgrace that Wowcher are using this company. Reporting to FDA .

Absolutely ridiculous company. 2 weeks after ordering my order still wasnt shipped. I emailed multiple times with no reply. Another week later I threatened them with trading standards and my parcel was marked dispatched. A few days later still hadnt come. I got in touch with the courier who said they hadnt received the parcel for delivery yet again after many emails with no reply I threatened then with trading stabdards again and finally received my package which wasnt even worth the wait. The contents were not worth the amount they advertised. The box was flimsy and completely damaged as were most of the contents inside which wasn't much anyway.
Steer clear. Waste of time and money !

Scammers.. director is simply stealing funds.. look the company up on companies house. Lots of things dont add up if you look at thier filing history. Taken payment from me and went silent. 4 weeks later still nothing. Don't order...if you have then do a chargeback and inform trading standards

Another who fell for the Wowcher scam. Item never arrived. Was sent tracking but the parcel never reached the delivery company. Bargain Buddy failed to reply to several emails. I launched a claim back with my bank and now Bargain Buddy are trying to appeal it. Bunch of clowns.

Well, i should have come here first before buying two wowcher vouchers and then paying for the express delivery! £50 I would have been better off using in a big shop!
Maddening that they don's answer emails too, despite their guarantee to do so, on the website.
I've asked for a refund, I've more chance of Rocking horse sh!te on Christmas morning, I reckon.
I'm usually so careful about being scammed too...

Used wowcher for bargain buddy mystery box, contacted bargain buddy by email after not receiving order they dont reply to emails, box arrived over 2 weeks later not 2-3 days, contents were appalling, advertised as big brand household essentials, received cheap products and most of items such as biscuits and crackers were crumbs when they arrived as they throw everything in a box no proper packaging to preserve goods so all battered on arrival. It mentions a few goods may be best before, it doesn't mention most of the items will be out of date. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BARGAIN BUDDY, save your money and don't get ripped off.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered this on 14th February in good faith with a 2-3 day delivery window. After trying to cancel my order and emailing the company 3 times and got not reply I gave up. The box arrived on 5th March on my driveway in a crumpled box. On opening I found pretty much the most useless food items and things that I Would never normally buy. On top of that more than one of the items in the box was out of date. Really not impressed and this cost me £40. I’d make a compliant but I know I won’t get a reply. Avoid at all costs. Scam

It's really not a scam, I ordered it a few weeks back thinking it was a scam, and surprisingly the package arrived today, with actually some great stuff in it! I think their downfall is a they state a 2-3 day delivery ( which it technically was once yodel got hold of it) definitely worth the £20 i paid! I'll probably get another but got to be patient with delivery so dont fret 😊

Although it took longer than expected, I can't fault the items I received. I estimated that individually, the items were just over £1 each. I especially love the tea from Kew Garden Botanics. I'm sorry so many other seem to have had a bad experience.

Absolute pile of crap! Broken biscuits,some items I have never even heard of,cheap noodles,and battered cakes! Don't think the contents were worth a fiver,let alone £25! How can these people get away with it???? Even the box was battered to hell.

Silly me, I thought I was buying a "deal" on Wowcher, but it turns out I just donated £25 to the "Bargain Buddy Warehouse Silence Fund." If you enjoy the thrill of refreshing a tracking page that never changes and screaming into an email void, this is the company for you! I’d love to tell you what’s in the box, but since it hasn't arrived Order #3788, I can only assume it contains the fountain of youth or a cloaking device. Since you don't answer emails, maybe you'll answer this? Refund, please.

Like everybody else here,have been stung too. Bought one box,delivered in 3days,not too bad. Ordered one more,8 days,still waiting. Emailed 3times no reply, no contact number. Wowcher are dealing with some dodgy merchants and they will pay,one day. You will find the odd happy customer,that's the game.Until then,they will make the most out of us 'naieve'shoppers. AVOID BARGAIN BUDDY,WOWCHER AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES.

Got the 50% off voucher with Wowcher for £2.50, paid £20 instead of £40 for box, you can't spend £30 to get free delivery as they only have 4 products for sale none of which are worth it so paid p&p on top.
Box finally arrived today after Yodel had it for days, disappointed to say the least.
Some products are out of date by months, it does explain some may be "slightly" past dates I thought days not months.
8 cans aren't even full size cans like pictured.
Most of the cans sell between 50p and £1 in most shops (They even have price on can).
So I've paid over £1 per can for drinks that RRP at £1 or less. There was only a couple of full sized monsters that would cost more.

Go make your own box up of 20 at corner store for less basically! And the fact they're actually trying to charge £40 is an absolute joke!
