Fantastic Experience
I recently bought my BMW M2 from Barons Cambridge dealing with Scott H. From start to finish the service was amazing.
I test drove my car on a Saturday and hand the keys in my hand by Wednesday morning. All the services and extras that were agreed upon had been carried out with no fuss. They even beat a very competitive quote from another dealership.
Highly recommend, very easy and pleasant car buying experience.

Barons Cambridge. Ripped me off on the finance side of a new 5 series with hidden charges and not giving me the discount BMW Group promised. After complaining to BMW HQ, Barons response was "our relationship has broken down" and that's them wiping their hands of me on a £60k purchase. Will not be using again.

Allow lots of time if you have to sit…
Allow lots of time if you have to sit around around while your car is being fixed.
My BMW was recalled. I was told that there was no courtesy car and that I would have to wait in the coffee area "for up to 1.5 hours."
They offered to clean my car while it was in the garage which was the only upside of my Barons experience (and meant this wasn't a one star review.) In the end, I sat around waiting for 2 hours and 55 minutes. With the drive to the garage being 25 minutes each way, I wasted four hours of my life because of their problem. An apology for the inconvenience or for having to wait for almost 3 hours would have been nice.
