We are a company that integrates solar systems.
The first batteries that I bought from Bassen have already been operating for two years without problems.
Bassen equips the batteries with two types of BMS, one made OEM by Tianpower and others with JK.
My preference is the ones with JK
I have only had one problem in all this time with a BMS that was finally replaced after I tried to fix it in the software.
Contrary to what is stated that there is no communication, the Bassen representative with whom I collaborate is very prompt in responding to requests.
Regarding the quality of the battery elements, I bought EVE and CAT cells and the quality is given by the manufacturer.
Consequently, I can only give a maximum score for the services offered

La batería dejo de funcionar, a los 8 meses,posiblemente sea el bms. He enviado 3 correos , un vídeo con el problema,la factura de compra y no se han dignado ni en contestar. Tocará comprar otra marca que responda su servicio técnico, porque si a los 8 meses no responden imagina en qué queda una garantía que dicen de cinco años, en una mentira.

Habe problme mit den Zellen (Balancer funktioniert schlecht/nicht)

After few month already some cells EVE GRADE A start to loose charge and don't wait any technical support no answer to mail, chat or WhatsApp...

Pacco batteria 16Kw con BMS della Basengreen consegnato a maggio 2025, dopo neanche 10 mesi di utilizzo il BMS e diventato totalmente inaffidabile con continui allarmi e protezioni over e under voltage su celle a caso e cortocircuiti, le protezioni staccano la batteria rischiando di danneggiare anche l'inverter, l'azienda contattata non risponde neanche, assistenza e garanzia totalmente inesistente, statene alla larga.

Esperienza molto positiva ho 4 pacchi batterie da 230 Ah acquistati quasi 2 anni fa, funzionano davvero bene, sono molto soddisfatto.
Che dire dell assistenza da parte di Taylor, veramente professionale, sempre disponibile a gestire ogni problematica, davvero bravissima.
Per quanto mi riguarda qualità/prezzo sono davvero ottime batterie, se dovrò ampliare il mio impianto, le tornerò ad acquistare, grazie Basen Green e grazie a Taylor.

La batería bien de precio buenos acabamos pero nefasta pos venta, tengo un problema con el software del BMs de la batería y ni me contestan, y eso que solo me tienen que enviar un archivo para actualizarla, mejor quedate con una marca más cercana aunque sea más cara

I'm an electrical engineer.
Had issues with voltage drops when under load.
Requested help and they recommended I remove the load to test it.
Replied, that makes no sense, since the problem only manifested under load, and they ghosted me.
I (without their help) have since corrected what seems to be a BMS problem.
With the exception of the BMS, product quality seems good, but don't expect them to honour warranty or to give tech support.

Kundensupport mehr als lächerlich! Hatte eigentlich gutes gefühl und schon mehrere diy akkus bestellt. Dann aber: Von beginn an bei einem gerät display fehler. Ein spare part der eigentlich nur paar euro kostet. Ewiges hin und her, photos , videos, pc auslesen usw. Dann der vorschlag mir display auf meine kosten zu schicken!! Gehts noch?! Muss schreiben ,protokollieren, selbst umbauen und dann auch in garantie selbst zahlen?! Nie wieder!

After 1.st contact, no response what so ever, after several attempts..
Run a campaign, get discount, if you are able to get in touch...
How is it possible to run a business like that???

Meine 10kw Batterie von Basengreen hat leider nur 23 Monate gehalten. Eine Zelle ist aufgebläht.

Der Support hat geschrieben, dass es keine Ersatzzellen mehr gibt. Auf die Bitte mir den Schaden innerhalb der Garantie zu erstatten wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage überhaupt nicht mehr geantwortet.

Es ist traurig, dass so eine Firma in Deutschland überhaupt Produkte kaufen darf.

Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg!

Meine Erfahrungen mit basengreen sind durchweg schlecht. Der Kundenservice ist quasi nicht existent, bei Problemen wird die Schuld beim Kunden gesucht und zu allem Überfluss habe ich gerade festgestellt, dass Basengreen in meinem Speicher gebrauchte Zellen verbaut hat. Gut zu erkennen an schwarzen Anhaftungen von Vergussmasse an den Zellen.

Relatively fast delivery, quite OK ish quality of the components for a DIY home battery, except for the BMS which is rubbish. They advertise with 200A charge/discharge, the battery can handle 0.5C at 314ah which would be 157 and the BMS is limited in charging to 100 amps and discharging it blows right to 200 amps. Apart from the fact that the bluetooth app doesnt work properly and the settings cannot be changed, it kinda works.

Where it gets worse is the cells.. they sold me A grade EVE mb31 cells, and I found out one cell (which ruins the whole pack) is pretty bad, so I cannot use about 10% of the capacity of the entire battery pack as it's in series. I've asked customer service to fix it but customer service doesnt respond at all, doesnt seem to exist. Would NOT recommend. I'll buy a spare cell and a new BMS and will fix it, but that wasn't the idea when I set out to build this one.

I have a basengreen 300 ah battery it worked really well for 6 months and then the BMS failed. Emails now not replied to no customer support. Just don't buy from these as you will be left with an expensive dead battery.

Har købt 2stk 12V 230Ah Lifepo4 batterier. De lever desværre ikke op til mine forventninger. Produktet virker ikke kvalitetssikret. Efterservice er stort set ikke eksisterende. Firmaet gør for lidt i efterservice. Det virker som om at de holder på teknisk info. Opdateringer af BMS (batteristyringen) er ikke tilgængelig. På firmaets Facebookside som skulle fungere som information og erfaringsudveksling bliver der ikke fulgt op på konkrete problemstillinger. Kunder efterlades med defekte eller fejlbehæftede batterier.
Vores egne batterier opfører sig højst mærkværdigt med underlige værdier. At benytte deres batterier kræver en ihærdig indsats og teknisk indsigt. Har hentet hjælp hos konkurrerende firmaer, der gør meget mere for at give deres kunder relevant informationer og tips.
Kan desværre IKKE anbefale at købe deres produkter. Måske er de oppe i niveau om nogle år

51.2V 300ah 15.36KWh Wall Mounted Battery Pack LiFePO4 of 2200€ arrived with faulty bms. Fully charged was outputting 36v. I asked for help from Lilly on costumers care and she implied that my 10k Deye and two multimeters had problem but not the battery. I had to open the battery to find out that the bms board had a few fried components and I bought a new bms on my expenses. If you buy, just don't count on after shales and be aware that the warranty is a joke. In a few weeks I will explain everything in a video on youtube.

Batterie nach nicht einmal 15 Monaten mit einer defekten Zelle, sodass nur noch ca 40% der Kapazität nutzbar sind. Support, wie auch hier schon mehrfach beschrieben quais non-existent, des Englischen kaum mächtig bzw. willentlich unverständig. Kennen auch die eigene App nicht:
Es wurde verlangt eine Historisierung der Daten zu schicken mittels Basengreen-App, die diese Funktion gar nicht anbietet.

Garantie wird schlichtweg nicht eingehalten. Wer hier kauft, ist selber schuld. Dann besser bei einschlägigen Seiten Qualitätszellen selbst kaufen und anständig initialisieren.

We are professional company and our main business is sales of batteries.
Recently we have ordered 2 ps of test battery packs 12V 300Ah from Basen Green.
Well, I can’t find the right words to express how disappointed I am from Basen Green. The after sales service is terrible :( !!! One of the batteries we’ve ordered is working perfectly, but the other one is totally full with issues. After connecting to the battery via Bluetooth the BMS doesn’t respond to commands to open or close charge/discharge ports. As well the main functions are not accessible, simply the EPROM communication in the BMS is not working. It turns that both batteries have different firmware versions… the one that is working have v6.6 and the other the faulty one v a.4.
During a dispute over Alibaba, Basen Green started lying about the troubleshooting findings and have proposed that the issue is with the Bluetooth module and they have tested it and everything is working fine that’s why they offer refund only for the Bluetooth module!
If that makes sense for you, for me doesn’t!
Simply Basen Green has NO honour, such a suppliers DON NOT PLACE ON THE MARKET. Basen Green warranty is not really worth a penny. On top, the battery BMS get totally malfunctioning, started giving wired values and opening and closing safety futures it self. I was forced to drive this battery for safely destroying, because of safety risks! Our insurance policy do not allow us to open battery pack that is ip65.
DO NOT BUY FROM BASEN GREEN!!!

Horrible costumer service. Mail correspondance lasted for more than two months.
