Arrogant Customer Service
Bath product was excellent but feet were not delivered. In desperation as old bath was removed - old bath legs were modified and used to install new bath.
Customer services / management very arrogant and refused any compensation other than £10.00 which was value of feet. Will not purchase from BC again.

Kelly from customer service did an…
Kelly from customer service did an amazing job helping me with my order. There were some issues but it had already been sent to the depot with the courier company and no longer with them. Kelly was able to get it back and have the order amended and then sent back out to me which was unbelievably helpful! Otherwise I would have to send the whole lot back and wait another week to get the right things.

Broken products
Bought some amazing items, however when they came to deliver the items, we were in quite a shock.
We had a cabinet set, in black and white, which ended up being completely destroyed when we checked everything.
The delivery driver did not even give us a chance to check it, just in case.
We are still awaiting a reply to our email as we have attached images of the items.

we didn't get the good customer service…
we didn't get the good customer service , the produc could be good as we still hasn't fitted it but the customer service was really really poor, no one explain me as to how the delivery system works and later on I asked for the VAt receipt up untill today they never provided me the VAT receipts

You tried to fob me off with a toilet…
You tried to fob me off with a toilet suite that was not the one I ordered. It was not to the design I ordered and was cheaper. This was not a mistake because when your customer service checked you had no stock of the ordered one.
Prior to delivery no one contacted us to say you were out of stock.
Now I have to waste my time waiting in at your leisure for you to pick up the wrong toilet you sent. Thanks for that

Your service was excellent but for wrong reason as the part ordered arrived on 4th attempt after 3 wrong deliveries . Your staff response at all times was great but need to look at how stuff is put together for shipping as it cost you a lot on wasted deliveries . Would always use you as we have in past .
